Waited in drive thru lane #2 earlier today and was told, “I’ll be right there”. For 20+ minutes I waited while lane #1 was open for business, I gave up & just left. Went to a neighboring, new, restaurant and got what I needed in about 3 minutes tops. Nice going guys, ya really seem to be organized there. Is there even a manager there?? I won’t go there again this was no mistake, it was deliberate lack common courtesy and respect. Horrible experience!! Never again!!

We won’t be back. The order taker rushed us asking us that it after every item, he finally told her we would let her know when we were done it was just a couple meals, then only gave us one drink and tried to pull us forward, we tried to get her attention for the water bottle and she actively ignored us then proceeded to talk crap about us to the manager. Customers have ears they can hear. So we pull forward and I walk in for the water. Wait in the vehicle while multiple vehicles pull around us. 20 minutes later I go in to find they have no customers left anywhere and our food was sitting in the bag in the warmer. This happened middle of July. CULVERS next door or Arby’s on the other side are WAY better options. Friendly, prompt, great customer service and fresh food at both establishments.

The manager at this location needs to staff more people or pay people enough to get people to apply here because there is only ever one person working and the service takes forever. The employees are always nice but appear stressed.

WARNING!!! Don’t eat here at this location yesterday I got food poisoning for this location somebody didn’t was there hands or clean right and got me sick throwing up till 4am. I should’ve known better to eat here they are always short staffed or new staffed takes 30 minutes to get a simple sandwich.. I will never eat there again Culver’s is next store should of never went to BK in rantoul and I’m a loyal BK EATER since I was a kid. Horrible service and experience.

I ordered in and overheard employees talking bad about customers. I heard an employee talk bad to an employee and the employee seemed embarrassed. I personally don’t like that. I ended up taking my food to go because I was ready to say something. I don’t feel it is ok to treat people bad and to talk bad about others. The food wasn’t good and the atmosphere just felt so negative. Please hire people that have better customer service skills. What the worker doesn’t realize is that we can hear what is being said, or maybe she just didn’t care. Which makes the place look bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store location needs to be investigated and looked into because they got a lot going on. Somebody needs to shut down this location and get corporate involved. The actual work environment seems horrible looking from the outside in. There’s not any air conditioner running in that place, food is cold, and I actually recently got sick from eating Burger King. It was a virus that I haven’t even heard of it. I had to be hospitalized. Mind you, it lasted for about a good week or so. ⚠️⚠️ Do not eat here. Also the customer service is very bad, there’s probably about one person that seems genuine. Also they have like a handful amount of people running like this is a joke. How are they even operating with like 3 people working . Save yourself the money and either eat at home or go to Mcdonald’s. Do not give Burger King your money…

Ordered cheeseburger with light ketchup, lite mayonnaise and it was smothered and coming out the sides when I opened it, and apparently value size onion rings is the same price as small fries..I got four onion rings in the bag. That was after they actually forgot to put my onion rings in the bag and I had to go back to get them. I didn’t notice fry still after I had left. I keep trying them, hoping service gets better and it does not.

If this is supposed to be a meal why am I paying for the fry and the drink and why the hell is 8 mozzarella sticks $3. Found this onion ring in my fry box which by the way were cold and old. I asked for extra pickles and didn’t get it. Also the little young chick at the window with the crochet dreads was rude as hell. ♀️ I will definitely not be back. It’s been all bad since the last manager left.
