Person of the window was very rude saying I had to wait for my chicken could’ve been a little more pleasant , gave me my butterfinger blizzard tasted like it was more whipped and the butterfinger was spongy and stale. Received my chicken that was supposed to be tossed. And it’s only half done on every piece.

We went in to have the 6 piece chicken strip honey barbecue basket. We ordered it and got it really fast. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. It was delicious as always! My boyfriend didn’t know you even had those!! He really liked them!! We definately will go back!! Good service, happy servers. And they were keeping the water from the snow wiped up making it look nice!!

Always a great experience at DQ Mora! The staff is friendly, quick, and welcoming every time I visit. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the food and treats are consistently fresh and delicious. Their Blizzards are perfectly made, and service is fast even when it’s busy. Definitely one of the best spots in Mora for a quick bite or dessert. Highly recommend!

Must be under new ownership, seems to be a family running it now. Terrible customer service and the older lady in the drive through was rude, demeaning, and pushy. I ordered a Sundae with extra topping and was given 1 pump of each topping on the side of the cup. As if they are trying to save money but have no problem charging customers for extra. I asked her to remake it and she began arguing saying that’s how Sundaes are made with toppings on the side not over the ice cream. By the time I got my Sundae it was soup. They also didn’t seem to understand how to use a debit card as it took 4 people to take my payment. Will not be coming back here.

Workers do not understand english. had to repeat myself multiple times and raise my voice for the man behind the register to understand what a cheeseburger was. workers are not competent, and often get orders wrong.

We are regular customers and haven’t had much of a problem in the past. Recently though, the service and food has been so bad I’ve decided it time to write a review. The last time my family and I went to this dq, was yesterday (Sunday Oct. 27th, 2024). These were our blizzards, two large chocolate dipped strawberry. There was chocolate all over the side of the cup, and it was so soupy. They did not flip it, and if they had it would have dumped all over the counter. From what I’ve noticed, the staff on weekends is a large part of the problem. Every time I’ve visited during the week has never been a issue. Please, please, don’t let this happen again.

I tried their new cocoa hot fudge sundae and it was intense fudge with more creamy texture than the usual hot fudge. This is the best ever! The owners, managers, employees here are striving to make us happy with good quality food. They’re friendly and funny too.
