I ordered the Cheeseburger, Pork belly, and Chopped Brisket taco. I was decideding between the Matt’s Taco Shop or BBQ. The pork belly taco was by far my favorite. All of them were tasty but the pork belly taco was outstanding. It had the most flavor and whatever sauce was used made it pop. The guacamole was nice and creamy and the softness of the tortilla made it even more enjoyable. I thought three tacos would not be enough but they are packed and are fulfilling. I will definitely order from this place again. I did not regret my decision at all.

This was the most amazing delectable taco I’ve ever had. I got the pork belly one I believe or the one with a thick slice of meat, I was worried it wasn’t going to be enough but it was plenty with chips and that yummy dip!! Matt’s is my favorite bbq taco spot in Portland and competes with Austin food. When I’m in town it’s only a matter of time when I would stop by to eat the delicious food. The pork belly and brisket competes for my top spot while the pulled pork came in a close second/third. No matter what you get it’ll be delicious.

I forgot to take a picture of the food but it was so amazing. Came out so fresh and fast! 3 tacos one breakfast one classic and one brisket the brisket was so flavorful…I am so fricken happy we decided to try this place! These tacos are absolutely amazing. We tried the pork belly, the brisket, the GOAT, and taco supreme. The meat is delicious, sauces are incredible and the tortillas are SO good too. You can also order drinks from the bar. Very affordable and great service. Come hungry!

Rich, flavorful and filling tacos alongside a delicious selection of beverages from the attached brewery. There’s a huge selection of beer and cider, even a seltzer most of the time. Don’t skip on the breakfast tacos, either! The one knock for me are the chips, they’re too flavorless and dry for my taste.

We had the brisket tacos, chorizo breakfast tacos (spicy!), and pork belly breakfast tacos. Oh and they were topped with an amazing queso! All of them were amazing and we would go have them again in a heartbeat!
The seating was ample and heated! What a fun environment to try something new during our stay in Portland!

Love coming here. The tacos are legit. Standard order includes breakfast sausage taco, pork belly, turkey and mushroom tacos. The tortillas are . Leftovers are delicious, and the tortillas hold up.
