I recently placed an order through the Panera Bread app and took advantage of the deal offering free delivery and $5 off a $25 order total—an awesome savings. My total was $33 rounding up to the nearest dollar.
The app’s functionality was impressive, allowing me to track my order status step by step, from confirmation to preparation, and even showing the driver’s name and delivery progress.
For my order, I tried a variety of items:
– Spinach and Bacon Soufflé (no customization)
– Limited-Time Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack (customized with light caramelized onions, mixed greens, sliced pepperoni, and Greek dressing on the side)
– Limited-Time Spicy Zesty Tuscan Asiago Bagel Stack (customized with light caramelized onions, mixed greens, everything bagel seasoning, mayo, and Salsa Verde spread on the side)
The food itself was **amazing**—great flavors and presentation! However, there were a couple of issues. My on-the-side condiments and pepperoni were missing, which slightly impacted the experience. Additionally, while the app is great for managing orders, I wish it had features to message the store about issues or rate the delivery driver.
Overall, Panera Bread’s app and food were enjoyable, but addressing these small issues could make it even better. I’d definitely order again—just with the hope for those finishing touches next time!

i enjoyed visiting this location and studying, but since then nearly every plug-in outlet has become unusable. college students and remote workers are a huge part of the customer base here and it sucks having to search for one that works, especially when id much rather be out of people’s way and in a corner or booth. please fix the outlets.

Panera Bread is always good for the menu offerings. This particular location was not as clean as the other locations I’ve visited.

First bite and I bit into a very chewy pink piece. I opened up the sandwhich and the chicken doesn’t look right. Some of the chicken looks undercooked. Parts of the chicken are mushy while this piece of the chicken feels like plastic. I won’t be eating here anymore.

The absolute worst experience every single time I come. The lady that works the drive through during evenings is awful to me and my husband. He will asked her a simple question and she slammed the door in his face and proceeded to complain to her other coworkers. I reached out to corporate on this, I am so not happy with the level of service given here

The lack of human interaction was striking—everything felt impersonal and transactional. Customer service was virtually nonexistent, with no effort to engage, assist, or create a welcoming experience. To then be asked for a tip on top of that was audacious. Tipping should reflect service provided, and in this case, there was very little to justify it.
