I went on Halloween to celebrate and enjoy a $6 burrito. I was very happy to see the place pretty empty as I was worried it would be busy. I placed my order, and when I got to the register, I asked the girl checking me out (Stefany) if I I would be able to use the Halloween promotion and a personal free chips coupon at check out. She said yes, and I paid. After paying, I realized my total was $18. I asked why it was so much, and she said read off my order. I didn’t get my free chips, or the $6 burrito. I asked if I could get a refund, and she said no, because I didn’t explicitly show her my costume, even though I was clearly in one. I said, “but I even asked if I could redeem the rewards, and I didn’t get my free chips either.” She ignored me and proceeded to check out the next customer. I asked again if I could get my refund, and she said no. No sorry, unfortunately I can’t. Just no and walked away. Fortunately, another employee came over and alleviated the situation, and it was a quick fix. However, Stefany also lied, as I could not combine the two offers. I cannot believe the interaction I had with her.

Pretty good chipotle but the employees were young and rude. Pushed us through the line and weren’t very helpful. The attitude should be noted. But it was cooked and portions correct. There’s more seating in the basement! They could train the employees better and deliver the full chipotle experience

I found a booger on one of my tortilla chips after having already eaten a couple hand fulls. I thought it was a piece of lettuce at first but confirmed after closer inspection. Safe to say I lost my appetite and will not be coming back. This is not okay.

I arrived a little before 10 pm. Despite nominally being open until 11 pm and a sign proudly proclaiming “now open late,” I think that was a typo and it was supposed to say “not open late.” Couldn’t sit down and eat and couldn’t wash my hands in the bathroom. If Chipotle corporate wants to have a ghost kitchen after hours, just say you close at 10.

The service is terrible and the workers are rude and not bothered to work properly. I would write their names if they had name tags but they’re lucky that they’re not. I don’t recommend this branch at all, not clean either with cigarettes inside.

The staff here were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and openly hostile. Their disrespectful behavior created a tense, uncomfortable environment. I left feeling completely dismissed and unwelcome. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered delivery and got delighted with a bug inside my bowl. Imagine how disgusting this place must be that bugs end up in your food. Never step foot in this location or order from it. The people working there also have serious attitude and they were out of steak and chicken at 830pm. Stay far away from this dump 🙂

The employees at this Chipotle wont let customers use the bathroom! Even after purchasing food, we were told that the bathrooms were out of service, but after 5 minutes of sitting, there, the employees came in and out of the bathroom, flushed it and certainly works fine, the lady in the pictures was the one that really didnt let us go, when we asked why the other lady had been able to go to the bathroom and we were not allowed, EVEN WHEN ON THE RECEIPT IT HAS THE CODE, there is also a sign stating that you must purchase food to get a code, so we had the code! So when we asked, the lady said, yes but she works here, and they started speaking in Spanish to each other, I understood all they said, and it was upsetting to learn that the reason they would NOT let costumers use their bathroom and they lie about it being out of service, is only because they dont want to service the bathroom! I get it! It is hard to clean after other people! But if they dont like their job, they should go work somewhere else where they dont have to do customer service! Chipotle… I love your food, but I hated your customer service today in NYC!!
