Specifically ordered a hot coffee, but it was not hot at all. It was lukewarm at best. For something so simple, this was very disappointing. Lorelei Zoey Maddy and destiny are my favorite gals to see. I can always count on 1 or 2 of them being there in the morning. I go every morning and it makes my day before I have to go into work to be able to see them and talk to them.they know my order before I even tell them as soon as they see my car they are on it.these gals deserve all the raises in the world and need to know how valued and appreciated they are. Went through today to get coffee before I went into work. For some reason the owner didn’t have the parking lot plowed, but still expected 2 girls to be able to get into work safely. Lorelei and her coworker went above and beyond to get me my coffee. They helped me get my car unstuck and even brought the coffee out to me. Both of those girls deserve a raise and a break. There is no reason baristas should have to deal with the owner’s negligence to customer/worker safety.

They nail it on seasonal decor. Drinks usually good, if a little pricey. Not fond of the “new” version of the app. It takes way more points to get a free drink now (think almost double) & there’s a weird categorized reward section that wasn’t there before & is definitely a rip off. Digital pay is 5pts per $ but cash is only 3? I hate the app now. It used to be fun.

I was having the worst day today. Finally I decided I deserved a coffee. When I got to scooters, I realized I had a free coffee coupon in the app. I was so excited. I pulled up to the window, and met Ella. She was the kindest, most genuine person. She made my day better, and I pulled off the line, in tears. She didn’t know how much I needed kindness; yet she gave it. The world needs more Ella’s. I just think she needed recognition.
