Paid for two large orders of French fries and this is what I got. Overcooked, hard, dried out, and not edible. I see this as theft. Taking money for food they know people can’t eat.

I’ve had average experiences here in the past. Typically it takes way too long to get your food, but it’s average tasting Wendy’s, nothing to write home about. But the last couple times I’ve been, the food has been below average. I just ordered a chicken sandwich combo that I literally threw in the trash after unwrapping. It must have been under the heat lamps for hours because the pickles didn’t look right, the tomatoes disintegrated, the lettuce browned, and the chicken patty looked as though it had been soaked in water. I won’t be going back.

Waited For the cashier because he wasn’t signed into the register. This took 3 minutes. Then they couldn’t figure out how to get the credit card machine working which took several minutes. By the end of it all. I waited almost 11 minutes for my order. The staff was super friendly. He did comp me with a coupon book and that was a nice gesture. The food was good.

Crappy food experience tonight service usually isn’t this bad but its bad enough we’re going to grab something else to eat and our dogs wouldn’t even touch it. Chili water, cold burger, watered down lemonade, and a burnt to death end of the night sad as potato.

I came back to Wendey’s after a long time of not having it. I bought a bacon burger and added lettuce and tomato. They did not even add the bacon. I went to the window where two ladies didn’t even greet me and were arguing over how to give me my order since it was a mobile order. they then handed me my food without saying anything. They forgot to give me my drink and finally do hand me my drink and the lady said “here’s what ever this is”. Didn’t even know what drink i got when i was one of 2 cars in the drive. Terrible food and terrible service. Safe to say I will never go to a Wendeys again.

Very unhappy about the removal of the sweet and sour sauce. The bbq and the sweet chili are both too spicy (I can handle spice in my mouth, but not in my tummy). I don’t really like mustard and I dislike “signature” sauce attempts. No more nuggies for me. 🙁

Desirae and Miss Diane deserve their (flowers) and a raise for 5-Star customer service! Typically fast food places provide rude customer service disgruntled employees but not these two from the initial drive up Desirae was at the speaker took my order promptly. I drove up to the second window Miss Diane took my payment within a couple of minutes my food was already in my hand! These two deserve a raise, and I truly hope Wendy’s does the right thing and provides that to them! I am truthful in all of my reviews so I truly mean it when I say these were great workers!

Literally the last 2 times we’ve gone to this location they’ve not put the bacon on our sandwiches. Ordered the jr bacon cheeseburger the last time and just figured it was a simple mistake that they forgot the bacon, but got another one today along with a bacon doublestack and neither has bacon. They also added lettuce and tomato to the jr bacon cheeseburger both times. Like really?? If you want your food made right, I’d consider going to a different location or choosing another place to eat all together.

As the original standard of “better fast food”, I have given an incalculable amount of money to this food chain over the years. So when I ordered a kids meal for my son, and got this drink because “they were out of kid’s cups so they used a small cup and just did not fill it all the way” (direct quote), I felt let down to say the least. May I remind them that had we been dining in the lobby, we could have filled that same cup as many times as possible. In the end, no harm – no foul, but a silly solution to what should never have been an issue.
