This location always closes early when it’s convenient for them.

They’ll be at the front counter ignoring you at the speaker

On top of that they’ll having you sitting in like for cold food. The food is never hot for the wait even when you ask for it fresh.

I asked for my meal fresh I sensed an attitude amongst the back cash person. I asked if they were having a rough night he told me it’s just the front staff is going to be upset you asked for cook to order when we already broke everything down 30 mins before closing

Went to get food for the family and they were out of almost everything at 4pm! We ordered a BigMac and that instead of a patty they put chicken and didn’t even get the drink! We didn’t ask for that! The other two orders they were out of bun and substituted for different buns, ok no problem.. but they messed up the whole order. We also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and didn’t even get that meal! We called the store and Angela (manager) answered the phone rudely and we explained what happened, she started yelling and it upset us and we are like how do you put chicken on a BigMac and when we asked for her name she would not give it. Mid conversation she hung up the phone on us. I call back and got Victor (another manager) and I explained what just happened and he didn’t care! I told him that their customer service skills are not good and they need training. He also did not want to give his name and asked if I was the police, I stated that I’m going to report you two to corporate! They should not be managers. As I was asking what are they going to do about the food we already paired for, he said I could come in a pick it up, I said I live further out in Eaton Rapids and he says why were you out here and I said because I was in town, can’t you write my name down so I can come later on a different day to get the meal.. he started getting loud and hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back and they did not answer!this McDonald’s is a joke and they suck at customer service, suck at managing period! They do NOT NEED TO BE HANDLING A CREW WHEN THEY CANT HANDLE CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY! They can’t even get orders right and miss a whole meal! I got their names through some other people but they should be fired! Not good for business at all! All these 1 star reviews should speak volumes to the owner! Which I could like to speak with! This is ridiculous and not ok!

I would have gave it a full five however they forgot half my food. Butt shout out to Jordan I’m assuming hes a night manager as I came in roughly around 7:00 p.m..
Is energy when he brought me out my food was amazing. When I called about half my order missing he totally knew what I was talking about right away without an attitude and even made it better when I came back to pick it up.
It’s hard to find good attitudes at McDonald’s. Duff loom be returning as long as he’s working!!!!

This McDonald’s is the worst in customer service, the dirtiest establishment, disrespectful management with no customer curtesy. They won’t tell you their name so you know who you are speaking with, they are extremely rude and hang up mid conversation. Our meals were all wrong, gave us a Big Mac with chicken, shakes with missing ingredients, substitute buns for other burger buns because they ran out of products and they forgot an entire meal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. Just cannot be trusted handling food.

Placed mobile order to be picked up at counter. Turns out inside is closed and they just awkwardly stare at you when you try to open the door to go get your food. No words just looks.
Some mornings they just aren’t open. But the app still lets you put orders in? Put your order in to find out the restaurant isn’t even open? Fun!

Always check your food before leaving the drive through, frequently there will be multiple missing items. A fry here a sandwich there… or both.

Second time this week getting froze out by the crew. Don’t expect to skip the drive through wait by going inside. Every location in Lansing is now fully ignoring lobby if there are any more than three cars in DT.

And if that’s not the case , then I need it explained how it could possibly take fifteen minutes to make a single sandwich and a six piece nugget.

I didn’t get my food yesterday. I walked out of the bathroom with twenty minutes left and still didn’t get my food. I had to leave hungary five dollars , lighter and angrier than I’ve been in months.

Forget trying to make it right, management. McDonald’s as a company has just lost my business forever.

Your incompetence has been nothing short of legendary. I’m lost for words.

For even half of what’s been done to me this week, I would have been fired instantly. I don’t know how you still have your jobs.

So long, McDonald’s. Even if you weren’t charging 3 times what you have any right to for the quality of the food, you would still chase us away with the service.
