I have an anaphylactic allergy and it is always a gamble to dine out anywhere. However there are times I need to. The staff that worked this evening were courteous and cautious to not contaminate my order. I am very grateful I was able to leave with confidence knowing the food they prepared was safe for me to eat. I have eaten at this specific Taco Bell a few times and they always proceed with the same courtesy. The staff deserves recognition for doing this for me more than once. Thank you 1/31/26

This is why I wish I always remembered to change my crunchy tacos to soft. Never fails. I also swapped beef for steak on my 5 layer beefy burrito and I was rewarded one teeny piece of a piece of steak. Looked like a bean burrito with nacho sauce minus onions and red sauce. I guess I will be either driving the 10 miles to Cabot taco bell or 20 miles to Searcy taco bell. Or I might just stop going to taco bell altogether. My brother said the other day he saw some of the employees eating the food they were supposed to be preparing for paying customers.

Updated 10/16/2024: gave them another chance cause we figured after this long they can’t still be that bad….but they are. Girl at the window wasn’t friendly, missing a taco, cheesy gordita crunch wasn’t done properly and had about 4 shreds of cheese holding it on, crunchy tacos were cracked and so greasy they were like eating soft tacos on the bottom. You’d be better off driving to Cabot or Searcy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Wait time for our order was just shy of 1 hour. Just missed it by 2 minutes. Food was not hot. Order was not right. Originally talked to the manager after waiting around 35 minutes and continued to wait while he made orders that were placed AFTER ours. While I understand that things happen, this was beyond ridiculous and he should have handled our missed order before continuing to make orders placed after. Sadly, the food wasn’t good either. So total waste of an hour of our lives and $25 of our money. Would not recommend and will not be back. I would rather drive to the next town then go back to this location.

This place is an absolute joke. Don’t bother wasting your time stopping here. First they were out of Mexican pizzas and “won’t get anymore until this fall”. Okay so we order other things. My husband asks for medium sauce. They don’t have any of that either. I order a bean burrito and the tortilla looks like half of it was chewed off and there’s so much red sauce coming out of it that it’s doubtful I’d be able to taste the beans. Will NOT be coming here again.

Meat was watery as hell and tasted like soap. Almost no lettuce or cheese to speak of on tacos, no one is even trying at that store, one of my tacos was barely any I sides at all and shell was falling apart. Worst taco bell EVER. UPDATE, a friend got some taco bell from this store, I knew better but ate some anyways, we ALL got food poisoning.
