I stopped to get a taco today. Apparently, this is how tacos are made at this store. This is not the first time it has happened, either. I got the 12-pack here a few weeks ago, and at least half of them were like this or worse. Unreal. It looks like I will be checking every taco from this Taco Bell before I leave the parking lot from now on. PS… The girl at the drive-through was not friendly at all. She handed us the food, closed the window, and walked away. We were left wondering if there was anything more we should wait on or take off. We ensured that everything was in the bag before we left the window.

Poor customer service! Ordered come out wrong on 3 items and shorted two tacos. He had us bring the food up and he dug thru each meal trying to find the correct meat after aggressively tearing them apart. None of the dinning room tables were cleaned the one gal was nice behind counter and said sorry other guy that rummaged thru all the chulupas very poor manners and customer service. Countless times are we missing stuff in drive thru and orders wrong. Do better Taco Bell. I have heard good things about one on tiktok on Minesota Ave in sioux falls but this new one on 41st and T Ellis is terrible.. I even drove past an old one to get to the new one thing it would be better. Wrong we pay extra for add one and sauces and rarely do they ever get it right just make it right in the first place. We used the kiosk so pretty hard to mess up the order when you are literally starring at the screen. Unsatisfied and was completely rude… Do better!

Staff was extremely unfriendly. Called them to ask for a refund. Already submitted a claim to corporate.

A tablespoon of meat in my taco, along with a pinch of shredded cheese and tablespoon of lettuce – they can’t be serious. Asked for hot sauce and was given 9 packets for one taco. Why the heck would I need that many packets?! This place is awful.

This is hands down the weirdest Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. It’s consistently out of ingredients and tortillas and such. Long wait times in a Wednesday afternoon? The employees are nice but my family is convinced it is haunted.

Food is cold most of the time and the order has not been right the last 4 times we’ve gone. I strongly recommend going to McDonald’s 50 feet away or Taco John’s less than a mile east of this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was hopeful when they opened, this one is way easier to get in and out of than the other ones and it’s close to my house. It has easily become the worst one in town. I waited in the drive through for breakfast for 5-10 min for someone to take my order, which no one did. I eventually had to leave so I wasn’t late for work. This in addition to the cold soggy food I’ve received the other times I’ve visited. Next time I’ll go to the one that’s far from my house, at least then I’ll get food.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sit and wait for 15min with 2 people ahead of you at lunch time. This has happened more than once. People are leaving the line because its taking so long. McDonald’s serves 10 plus cars to taco bells 1 car. Then food isn’t even fresh or hot. They probably need employees but damn get it together. Faster to go to the other locations and come back.

Literal, Grade-A trash. Please know that this review is not based on 1 experience….it’s several more than I’d care to admit. the food is cold, soggy and tastes like the crew wants you to hate it. I’m not the type to write reviews, but this place is so bad that others need to be warned. DO BETTER 41st & Ellis! You’re a major disappointment for the Taco Bell community. Stale tortilla’s, soggy shells, cold meat, rotten produce and not to mention the constant missing ingredients in our order. You should be ashamed.

Omg it is November! Turn the AC off!! This is our second time here and it is 60° in here! My kids love Taco Bell and said they don’t want to come back because it is so cold in here. Turn the heat on! Just walked around there’s not even a thermostat in the dining area
