Drive through service was quick and the employee was polite. I’d like to give a 5 star rating for their sauce cups also. We got into a fender bender after leaving the restaurant because another driver failed to yield. Even though the marinara sauce cup went flying at impact, it was fully sealed still when we found it. Food was still delicious although cold when we got home, no fault to the restaurant or employees on that. The food was piping hot when we received it.

Hot and Ready is what they live by and truly show at this location and a very friendly staff. They get your order to you as quickly as you get there. Will be making my new pizza take-out. You know, I get some of you guys hate your jobs but that is not my problem! I was ready to order pizza, no one answered in the drive-thru, I pulled up and had a girl immediately give me an annoyed look from the window then walked away. Another girl approached with an order that wasn’t mine, I told her this, she also was visibly agitated and said yeah, I know, you need to wait in line like everyone else. I told her I did, she just stood there with an annoyed look on her face. I said, can you please be nice I’m just trying to order pizza for me and my daughter. We are ALL going through things!!! Stop taking it out on random people, seriously get over yourselves. I’m so sick of everyone’s attitudes! If you are that miserable go work somewhere else don’t take your problems out on customers!

After being treated badly by Pauly at this establishment. He couldn’t make change for a $50, so I was told to go next door to make change and I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Why advertise something on TV and then not have it ready at lunch time for the customers?

When I came in I was greeted promptly when it was my turn and the gentleman manning the register kindly helped me with a smile on his face. He patiently waited for me to decide what I wanted to order and was offering me specials that were hot and ready to go. When I did order he quickly grabbed my pizza and bread sticks and again with a smile on his face. He had a great attitude and was very helpful! The atmosphere was a little chaotic with other employees loudly talking as a group standing right by the register which was quite distracting and difficult to hear what the gentleman at the register was saying to me. The gentleman had even had to ask the other employees to take their conversation away from the register or to talk quieter! Other than the distraction, I was happy with my service I received.

It’s really sad when you want to get some quick food, but it’s been cooked too long and not cut right. I’m not too picky about how my food is cut especially since it is just pizza. But maybe do a better job or get a new one. This place is going down hill and it’s just sad.
