Great friendly people and good price we will always eat there
Edit as a response. If I wanted to use the drive thru I would have chosen that option. I chose the option for parking and having it brought out to my car which is a service that Dominos proudly advertises that it offered. But apparently you don’t feel obligated to withhold that offer and option provided. I’ll reach out to corporate about this response.
Edit number 2- went back again after owner offered $15 off. Took 10 mins standing there with my food getting cold and the workers trying to figure out how to apply the $15 off till they gave up and just gave me the food for free. Didn’t receive one of the cups of sauce ordered. The marinara for the garlic knots. So needless to say I didn’t get to eat any garlic knots. Ordered New York style crust which was cut into 8 slices instead of 6 as it’s supposed to be.
As soon as we walked through the door, every employee made eye contact and smiled or greeted us EXCEPT the manager. After we stood there at the counter holding boxes, she told a nice male employee to “handle us”. That employee did his best with the situation and found our order sitting on a shelf. He apologized repeatedly and was then interrupted by the manager who said that Camden was the one who took the wrong boxes. Not until 2 other employees disagreed with her and spoke up did she stop blaming Camden.
The employee said he was going to cover for the manager so she could make our situation right. It took her almost 3 minutes to stop looking busy and eventually come over to us. She refused to move away from the fan so I could hear what she was saying, although the male employee actually offered for me to step to the side so we could get away from the noise of the fan. The manager offered me nothing more than $15 off a call in or walk in future order, even after I repeatedly told her I don’t do either of those and that this order was for my son’s birthday. She didn’t apologize for wrongly accusing Camden or put forth any effort at all to make up for this situation.
I’m going to relay this same message to the owner of this store tomorrow, in addition to corporate. How this woman ended up being manager is baffling, but the employees there deserve better and our community deserves better.
