Food was cold. Taste like it had been in the window for half an hour. Old white lady with her hair up and glasses running the counter chewing gum with her mouth open was super rude. Tell her to go apply for night shift at Waffle House across the street. She will fit right in.

This is usually my go to Wendys but tonight has definitely been the worst night. I ordered two number 7’s(Big Bacon Classic) both were missing the bacon and had an insanely amount of mayonnaise. Also ordered a small Chili cup & it seem more like chili soup…not a single chili bean and literally seems like they just chopped up some burger patties and tossed them in the stew.

I am a big Wendy’s fan, normally. However, on 9/8/25 at 2150, I ordered 2 LG Chilli’s, had to ask for the Chilli sauce, no crackers in my bag. Wife ordered a chicken Ceasar salad, no dressing, cold fries…I mean, I live 5 min away..my fingers have frostbite now from picking them up…there was nobody in line…not busy at all…NO EXCUSE!!! Lazy people who don’t care about others…served by the manager to top it all off, he should know better…

I came here to eat the food was great and hot and fresh. But the workers in the back kept saying curse words and made me and my friend repeat ourselves with children and people with mental disabilities in lobby. There was flys everywhere in the store. All tables wasn’t wiped bathrooms weren’t clean fountain drinks wasn’t fresh it was just nasty here it’s not friendly/kid safe

I have never had a problem with Wendy’s and have used this location as my go-to for gluten free foods. But tonight, I ordered a chocolate caramel frosty and when I received it it was barely beige. I thought it wasn’t even chocolate and the young man told me it’s just lighter because they sent a new mix. I said then the mic is no longer really chocolate. I asked for a refund because I really wanted actual chocolate. Hr jerked the cup out of my hand and yelled back to his manager who came to the window and belittled me. She said, “Did you not realize that you ordered a chocolate caramel swirl?”. I told her yes nd it doesn’t look like chocolate to me and I just want a refund please. She argued three or four times and laughed at me and then I said, “Why are you laughing at me. Please stop arguing with me and just give me my refund.” She said she had to have a reason to tell her manager. I said, “It’s unsatisfactory.”. By then I was angry that she had spent so much time ridiculing me and laughing at me, I started recording. She changed her demeanor to try and make it look like I was crazy. She refused to give me her name and then when I got my card back, she shut the window and started loudly talking to her coworker about me. He said “They think they can get away with this…” And then she threatened to call the police.

Told them explicitly what I wanted for the order. Did not listen at all. Do not order from them. They will definitely mess your order up. Best part is their phone lines dont work. If i could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat.

They’re biggie bags always hit and never is missing anything. I haven’t been inside one in years, but I did run inside this one for a sec to grab a bite to eat. The service was quick, the staff was friendly and the food was great.
