We stop by on Christmas since we were traveling.
Ashley took our order she was very rude, sounded frustrated no customer service , no Merry Christmas not even hello or talked to us as she gave us our order and didn’t give us or curly fries with our order so we had to go back.
If your going to work on a holiday have some customer service.
At least be a bit cheerful and not a grinchy.

Arby’s has the best roast beef sliders I’ve ever tasted! The drinks are cold and sweet, the food is basically always fresh. I have never regretted eating here. The service is nice even late at night, I have no complaints. We always take the drive through.

We went through the drive through because we were running late for dinner, my 2 year wouldnt touch his kids meal he told me it was gross so I tried a piece of chicken and fries and immediately I was hit with a nasty dirty oil flavor , they look like they were refried to appear fresh, I was wanting to bring back the food and get a refund because it was inedible, but the manager said she wasnt going to make it right, this place used to be great for a late dinner but its gone downhill. Now im having to make an actual fresh dinner which I wish I wouldve done from the start after throwing away my time and money.

Great Food, extremely great price the staff was friendly and helpful will be eating here weekly I recommend anyone with a budget to try it out! I ate the cheesesteak also the Wagyu burger which was fantastic and the Greek Gyro which I started with and was light fluffy with a nice veggie crunch and flavor that was very fitting and light bodied.

We went through the Arby’s drive-through recently and were treated very poorly by the manager on duty. She told us over the speaker that they were short-staffed, and we said that was okay — we were happy to wait. But instead of appreciating our patience, she sighed, groaned, and acted frustrated.
When we pulled up to the window, we were polite and told her there was no rush, but she still had an attitude. She said our order would take about eight minutes, which we said was fine. When she handed us our food, part of the meal was missing, and before we could say anything, she slammed the window shut and walked away.
She was very mean to us and complained that the store should just close because they didn’t have enough workers. I understand being short-staffed can be stressful — I deal with that at my job too — but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers, especially from a manager. If this is how a manager treats people, it really gives Arby’s a bad look.

Passing through Medford and my daughter was craving Arby’s. Stopped by the one on Biddle and ordered on the app. They were understaffed so our order took a while but the 3 employees working were so friendly and accommodating and they added a little bit more meat on our sandwiches to make up for the wait (but I was unable to finish it due the extra delicious meat). This will be our Arby’s whenever we pass through Medford.

Stopped in here today for lunch. Got to Greek traditional gyro with extra tzatziki sauce. Both were very good I would order those again. Place is very clean and tidy. Use the men’s room and it was also very clean and up-to-date. I recommend this place to come here again.

This Arby’s location was pretty good when they first opened a couple years back. My family and I went in many times, and the food and service was pretty good. (We loved the bell they had at the back of the restaurant.)
However they seem to be having some challenges keeping their good employees, and maintaining their facilities for a while..
Hopefully they have that all fixed and are back to their former glory.
Anyways, there’s always
the drive-thru, and as the commercial says..’they got the meats’!

I like Arbys, but these guys leave all their OPEN lights on after they are closed. Leading drivers passing by to believe they are open. I saw other confused people pull around as well. Waste my time, get 1 Star review.
EDIT: they’re still doing it. Open sign stays on even after they are closed until at some point later while they are cleaning they realize to turn it off

The corned beef is questionable. Cold sandwich. Now not taking paper coupons. Shake machine broken. A mop leaning on the wall as you enter the restaurant. Won’t be back. Also could use some customer service training, I know, I’ve worked retail. A smile, prompt service, and professionalism goes a long way. The crinkle fries were hot and very good.
