Ordered through DoorDash. The Pasteles en Hoja de carne were so cold as well as the Molleja en Escabeche, you can tell these items were extremely frozen from a while back and heated up (barely) and sent on its way. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The pateles needed a bunch of ketchup to barely go down and the mollejas were quite frankly inedible, plain gross, which ended-up being ate by the dogs. The Rice and Beans had absolutely no flavor, the beans were extremely red like 5 packets of sazón were dumped on them and disgustingly watery. To be fair, I’m not writing this to mess with anyones livelihood, but as a consumer, don’t play with my time and money selling food that is OBVIOUSLY NOT fresh and inedible. Have more respect. Would never recommend this place or give them a second chance. Take your money elsewhere.

Food is actually very good. I had multiple minor issues mainly around not receiving the beans and the portion size being very small, like a kids meal. But overall the food tastes great. My suggestion to the person running it: CONSISTENCY and keep up the good work!

Ordered thru uber which delivered in a timely manner. I got the chicken empanada which we had to throw away. It was completely dry and had no flavor. The pernil was too salty and the portion was way too small, the ribs were just ok.. nothing special. Also ordered the potato salad which was too strong of an onion taste and the rice w/Habichuelas had no flavor at all. The sweet plantains were good and cooked perfectly. I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, but i will not order from them again.

Found this hidden gem in Kissimmee and I’m hooked! Spanish Rotessaire’s goat meat with yuca is seriously the best I’ve had. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The prices are super reasonable too.

Today I witnessed 2 miserable employees at this establishment turn a mother & child away for service all because she asked what cooking oil they use since the child has allergies. They refused to ask the chef to inquire then suggested the Mother be responsible for feeding her child. I had to walk away…I will not support this in any way. Wonder how the “owner” would feel about this.

The cost of the food is not as advertised! Overall nice people, the food is just ok, nothing spectacular and some of the side dishes weren’t hot even though sitting in a steam table! The foodcourt the restaurant sits in is an old mall and can use some remodeling! The rotisserie chicken was cooking and not ready for customers when they opened! I ordered stew chicken and I was not impressed, it was just ok! I likely won’t be back but I hope for their sake that the owner will get it together or sadly he may have to close!

I Have to give 1 star but i would of not given any if i had a choice. I stopped by Spanish Rottiseri Sunday and ordered Pupusas which had a price of $2.49 while eating i realized they had overcharged me went to let the cashier know and was told that the price has been changed to $2.99 but is not what was advertised. Basically, the cashier didnt care and told me to go back the following day to speak to the owner. On top of that the food was not that great. Pupusas were bland with no flavor and what it was supposed to have meat had more cheese that anything else. I also ordered horchata and it was water out with a lot of sugar on the bottom of the cup . The additional .50 is really not a big deal but not even an apology inatead it made me feel like oh well, it is what is it. Bad experience for a first time. Will not go back there to eat.
