Went through the drive thru. I ordered a six piece nugget, a Junior cheeseburger and a lemonade. The Burger was cold and wet and the lemonade tasted just like water. However, as long as it took for me to get my drink, I thought they were squeezing the lemons. Once I got tired of waiting, I asked what was taking so long and got a dumbfounded look from the two people working the drive thru, before finally receiving my drink from the young lady, without so much as an apology for the inconvenience and unnecessary wait. I tried calling later to speak with a manager about the issues but kept getting an operator message that the number was no longer in service. Needless to say, I will never again waste my time or money at Wendy’s.

I don’t eat here at all I left Walmart at 10:01 and at 10:59 I still haven’t left this Wendy’s drive through, almost a full hour later. I had to get back in line after having to be pulled up for a 6 piece nugget which already took ten minutes, then the man who came out and gave it to me went back inside before I could look in my bag and see I don’t even have the fries I ordered. I don’t know if everything here is cook to order but I didn’t ask for all of that. Especially if the nuggets are gonna just come out looking like Tyson’s. I just wanted my food. If I knew it would take all of this for two items I wouldn’t have come here. And I don’t leave reviews at all but this is terrible. Everyone is taking their sweet time disregarding everybody else.

Prices are outrageous for what you get. I ordered a large Baconator combo. The burger came with two of the saddest looking strips of bacon I’ve ever seen. The “large” fries were the same size as a small fries at other places. Just under $15 with tax. Won’t be returning.

Never have lemonade past 8 pm and don’t bother making more. And why are they cleaning the frosty machine so early when they don’t close till 1 ?? The frosty machine seemed full of mix, but we was told they was out ?!

They lazy as hell at night time at this location. There super slow and also sometimes they say only accepting card or cash. Sometimes when you pull up to speaker no one’s answers like there waiting to leave when I know someone’s in there.

I ordered 2 biggie bags and a nugget meal. My fries on all of my orders were very skimpy and they even gave me one of the wrong orders. Never have I ever had a meal prepared like this from any Wendy’s. They also did not give me a receipt.

Long wait times even though I was the only person in the drive through for a few minutes until another car pulled up. Even then, it still took them a few more minutes to even get on the speaker. I didn’t even order anything complicated and it was still slow service for some overpriced food.

I try not to be ugly, but to the owner, courtesy goes a long way. Most of the time I go there the service is good. But tonight it was horrible. I know you shouldn’t throw stone for stone, but they had major attitudes and I had one with them. You’re the closes Wendy’s to my home but I’ll have to travel elsewhere. I ordered four orders of the four piece nuggets and a large fry….at first the manager that was there came off as a nice and polite person while he was taking my order…..the smell of weed that was coming off of him was unbearable. I was thinking he was going to put in my order wrong bc he was so high. I told the manager that I wanted everything fresh he said yes ma’am no problem. As I’m waiting on my order I watched some of the employees except the girl in drive Thur walk outside…they had two other employees that was walking around in the back doing nothing didn’t even bother to walk to the front to try and help…….the employees that were outside for over ten minutes….that girl had to take orders, fix drinks and prepare orders for front counter and drive thur. I felt bad for her bc they were busy for lunch. Long story short my fries were hot but only two of my four orders of nuggets were hot. This store is a disappointment…they need to get rid of everyone there except the girl that was drive thru bc even though she was working both areas she kept a smile on her face and very polite.
