food was amazing, big portions of everything. staff were a little forgetful but it was a little busy. definitely got my moneys worth, and id recommend this place to a friend. the beans were amazing, and the rice was really good- and i usually dont have high hopes for rice at restaurants. the shrimp was VERY seasoned and super delicious considering this is georgia, and im used to florida seafood. great spot and the bar is beautiful.

Today was my first time eating here. I live in another county and met family here for a visit. We had seven people. We were seated quickly and it wasn’t long til we had drinks. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had our orders fairly fast, and each was exactly what we ordered. She was very attentive and checked on us. I enjoyed the food, the service, and the country music.

It’s ok but nothing to get excited about. Service was slow and inattentive. We ordered the burrito bandera which has pork, chicken, and steak. All three meats were good but the sauces need help. The red sauce tastes like unmodified tomato from a can and the green sauce is very lime forward and not balanced. We also ordered ice cream with churros and the churros are dense and not crispy my guess is they are frozen out of a box.

Guacamole’s is our favorite Mexican spot in the area! We’re always seated quickly, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food consistently comes out fast and tastes great every time.
I’m so glad we found this place — we used to go to El Nopal, but the food there just isn’t what it used to be. The prices at Guacamole’s are fair, and the quality is always reliable.
They have a bar if you’d like to sit there, as well as plenty of booths and tables for dining. Just a heads up, they no longer take Amex, in case you use that card. There’s also plenty of parking, and the location is convenient, right off the interstate.

I’ve been to Guacamole several times — not once, not twice, but four times — and it’s sad to say that every visit feels more careless than the last. I’m not a negative person; I believe in kindness and good energy. But the meat they served today, just like before, was so tough it’s literally breaking my teeth.
This isn’t about money or tips — I always leave a fair one, with gratitude. It’s about respect for the customer and care for the food. When we come here, we come to enjoy, not to wrestle with what’s on the plate.
I truly hope the owner or manager reads this with an open heart and takes action, because this place once had soul… and now, it feels like they left it behind in the kitchen.
Perhaps this is my only one star review for a place
I know they provide service and employee people

It is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have tried this summer 2023.
I fell victim to my love of triple threat, Fajitas.
Chicken, steak, and shrimp.
Everything was cooked perfectly, and the caramelization on the onions and peppers just enhanced the favour even more. The 3 proteins were plentiful and cooked to perfection.
The side plate had beautiful light fluffy rice with rich thick red beans done right.
Pico de gallo was fresh , but only to be upstaged by the freshly made Gaucamole the star if the plate.
A little bit of lettuce with a scoop of sour cream finished this plate.
Chips and salsa were good but basic.
No complaints as Chips seemed fresh and salsa was tasty and not too runny.
I stayed to finish everything single bite on both the skillet and the side plate.
Also, I was able to negotiate with server to skip the tortillas in favour of 1 grilled jalapeno.
Lol! I don’t use them so no use wasting them on me. This way I get an extra treat for free so to speak.
I will definitely be trying to get back to this place at some future point to explore more of their extensive menu.
I highly recommend you all try this place, if ever in the area of Calhoun, Georgia!
