This Hardee’s just needs to be shut down or put on some kind of probation. My daughters chicken tenders were so hard she couldn’t even eat them without breaking a tooth, could barely pull them apart with her hands. I love Hardee’s but this one consistently messes up food by serving it cold & hard. I had half a chicken tender in my chicken wraps that were $2.50 a piece, the lettuce was stringy & wilted, it was disgusting. Whole team needs to be fired for holding food too long & serving it. If this foods meets your standards as a business then you shouldn’t be open!

Food was over cooked and the portions were small. Cashier was eating while taking my order. Another worker was talking loudly about beating people up and being in jail for it. This place is going down hill quick! Upper management needs to do something about the workers.

Ordered a kids’ meal. Then, the 2 families behind us and 2 or 3 cars went through the drive-through while we waited. 1 worker on the window, 1 on the grill. 2 on their phones in the dinning area.

Was told my total was $7.46 for the $5.99 meal because I ordered 2 doubles when it does not say that on the sign & I ordered the same thing on the app that cost $6.39 same size same way. No coupons. These people are crooks that work there and I won’t return to this location. Imagine how many people they do this to in a day upping the price right at $1 extra….hmmmm

Ordered a cheeseburger. After waiting a few minutes I was asked to pull into a parking spot. About ten minutes later I was brought my order. Drove about a mile back to the job and realized the cheeseburger was probably cooked about 2 hours ago. Hard and dry. Never going back there. Obviously it was already dried out and cooked. Why ask me to pull to a parking spot?

Ordered 2 big bag meals with double cheese burgers and hot ham and cheese. Both burgers when I got them had hard buns on top. Returned to counter, they remade them and when I sat down to eat the cheese wasn’t even melted on the burgers. Both were cold. This resturant needs to be closed down. My last three visits were the same. I’m through with hardees.
