Casa MX recently opened in the old Rincón Argentino space (RIP Miguelito!), and as a lifelong Mexican food fiend who lives just blocks away, I couldn’t be happier!
We popped in on a Tuesday around 6 pm. It was quiet at first, though people started filtering in shortly after. The space itself is beautiful, warm, and inviting, but the staff truly made the experience. Mari, Chef Kevin, Lazaro behind the bar, Mario the owner, Antonio… everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming.
We started with classic margaritas from the happy hour menu, which were excellent. I later switched to a paloma and loved it just as much. For food, we ordered the ceviche de concha, mushroom tacos, brussels sprouts, and my dad had the refried beans, which he absolutely could not stop raving about. Unfortunately, they’re made with lard so I couldn’t try them myself, but based on his reaction, they’re clearly a standout.
I really love this new spot and fully plan to come back again and again. Their casa, mi casa!

Increíble! All around amazing. The food is absolutely fantastic, the service impeccable, but if you need one reason to go it’s the flan!! In a city full of flans, this is the best one. Can’t wait to go back.

I had the pleasure last night to check out this new restaurant in Coral gables and it did not disappoint. The menu is a nice spread of Mexican cuisine with an item on there for everyone. The food looks great and tastes even better and the big surprise of the night was there their specialty margaritas with this nice foam on top. Had such a great experience at Casa MX Miami! The food is full of authentic Mexican flavor, beautifully presented, and everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned. The ambiance is vibrant but still cozy, perfect for a fun night out. The cocktails are a must — especially the margaritas. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
