Worse service ever. The owner super rude and disrespectful with customers! I asked for a foot long with tuna and he only put 2 scoops! I told him that he needs to put more tuna and he went off on me. Wouldn’t recommend this subway even to my worse enemy! If I can give him a 0 for stars I would! The owner is the older fella. Not the young one!

The owner was ringing up my order and I had a free footlong to redeem. He asked which subway I go to and I said Los Angeles cause that where I live and he said you shouldn’t use that reward here you’re taking money away from me and started yelling at me. Never go here, you don’t talk to customers that way.

If you get the male owner, he’s professional and friendly but if you get his wife or his son then you get an ice queen with petty actions and zero training and professionalism. The son doesn’t know how to address customers.

This review is going to be from someone who understands he’s leaving a review to subway. The food was good, everything to subway standards imo and they made everything like i wanted. I went to pay and he charged me for the foot long when i wanted a meal. I realize after i paid and told him and he made it up to me by telling me to grab a cup and bag of chips on him and gave me a cookie before i left. Thats customer service.

We went on your lunch today ( August 16) around 7:15pm the service was horrible, our sandwiches was horrible he forgot the cheese one of the sandwich ( the boss) and put on didn’t even toasted and my wrap was just bad asked to have my cheese melted and told me no because on the wrap (tuna wrap) and apparently they don’t do that even do I went to other subway they did toasted. Didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else just put our sandwiches nothing. Didn’t like the Service at all. Not going to this subway again! If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would!

Having previously worked for Subway, I cannot recommend this Subway at all. Their vegetables always seems like the owner is trying to stretch the longevity and let things wilt before replacing, they keep certain toppings covered and will not put them on a sandwich unless you deliberately ask. The owners seem to only hire family, some of which have trouble understanding customers which leads to confusion through the sandwich line. They are very stingy on how much vegetables they put on your sandwich. I have personally seen them reuse the white sandwich paper down the line touching sandwich after sandwich (yuck). Anything to save a penny or two with this store. The food quality is just awful, you can taste the quality drop tremendously with their sandwiches compared to other subways. And last but not least, I have been overcharged MANY MANY times for what I have ordered by one of the owners herself. That was the last straw for me visiting this location. This Subway goes against everything this company stands for. You are much better off driving down the road to East Brook mall and getting a quality sandwich experience at that store.

Owner is very friendly and the food is good BUT the service is very slow. We’re the only ones here and it’s still slow, almost walked out before ordering. Definitely needs to hire help versus trying to do everything himself at a snail pace.

I ordered curbside and waited 20min it’s in the parking lot when they were empty inside. I then went in and the gentlemen said that he was just about to bring it out. I did not show up to early either. I then had to grab the large cups and fill up my drinks on my own. What’s the point of offering curbside if u don’t do curbside ???

So i’ve been going to this subway for a while and never really had any issues, but i made a complaint online for the first time about a specific emplyee since on several occassion he would not have even started my order when for example the pick up time would be by 4:30pm if i ordered at 4:09 or 4:13pm and the subway wouldn’t even be busy most of the time when i order and got there(happened more than a few times). He asked me my name, if i complained about the store so i guess those feedback forms arn’t confidential and he started furiously ranting at me in anger and cursed at me and saying he doesn’t care if i complain online or whatever. He didn’t try to talk to me calmly or listen to me explain myself, he passed the sandwich under the screen and told me to get out of the store and so i left quietly because i was so angry i knew if i continued speaking to him that i would rant like he did. I hope a district superior or someone above him looks at this review and talks to him. If he gets fired than oh well he deserves it after acting like a child throwing a tantrum even through he might be the oldest employee there. (Edit: I found out this specific person i had the experience with is the manager so if you complain about the store and about him then nothing will happen. Don’t go here, go to another subway and i recommend the one at the Easrbrook Mall, the employees are much better, more efficientand the manager is great from my experiences.)

PS: The owner is very cheap with ingredients from what I was told by a former employee, doesn’t order new vegetables until near expiration and will still use certain vegetables like letus a coupld days after expiration.
