I LOVE Dairy Queen! That being said the nearest Dairy Queen from where I live is 45 minutes away in Perry Utah. Needless to say we don’t get to Dairy Queen very often. This week my husband and I were in Perry for my birthday and my husband asked if I wanted to go to Dairy Queen since we were over in Brigham City anyway. I don’t turn down an invitation to Dairy very often. Good thing we don’t have one closer.
I went in and placed my order with Jose M a very kind and polite young man. I asked if it was possible to get a dipped cone dipped in cherry and then dipped in chocolate and he said “Sure I think we can do that.” Then I asked if they could make a shake with Hot Fudge and again there was no problem. Needless to say Jose M at the Dairy Queen in Perry Utah became my favorite Dairy Queen employee. (This was on January 26, 2026)
Today is Thursday January 29, 2026 and I was on on I-15 on my way home from Orem and as I was getting off the interstate decided I needed another ice cream dipped in cherry and then chocolate. The employee taking my order this time was none other than “Jose M”. Thank you my friend, you remembered taking my order from a couple of days before. You are so kind, polite and a generous smile!!! Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep you and promote and reward you for your kindness!!! Thank you!

My family and I stopped here to get lunch while traveling back home. The store seemed short staffed but everyone was waiting patiently. I ordered 3 6pc chicken strip baskets to feed my kids along with some onion rings. When the chicken was bit into it was still raw. Upon examining all EIGHTEEN pieces of chicken EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS RAW!!! my husband took it back in and asked for COOKED chicken and they said sorry as they all began giggling and examining the food. They stated they got the order confused and apologized so someone else would’ve potentially gotten raw chicken too!:

Ordered a Choco brownie extreme with chocolate base and it had white swirls in it so I think it was made with vanilla base. It was too liquidy and not dark and chocolatey enough. Not enough brownies in it. Mediocre. Have tasted better at other location. Mini was only 7 oz and cost $6. Next time get a small or medium.

We found a total of 5 different hairs in our food between a cheeseburger, fry’s, and cheese curds. Along with ordering a double cheeseburger completely plain (only patty and cheese) and we got it with mustard ketchup and pickles. Disappointed and would not recommend this location.

I ordered a large fry and a 2 piece chicken strip for $9 and I got fry’s that had blue green coloring almost like mold! They tasted funny so I looked at them and in disbelief I saw what looked like mold. I lifted up a chicken strip and there was sauce in the bottom! I didn’t order any sauce or ask for any sauce. The box looks like it was already used and just thrown into an order. It was the most repulsing meal I’ve ever purchased. I even tried calling twice to get my refund and no answer. Way too overpriced, cold, nasty food that was probably straight off someone else’s tray.

Food was good, service also. Store layout not so much. No napkin or condiment dispensers in the store. You have to go back to the counter and ask for them. Condiments like fry sauce have an additional charge.

Got three blizzards and they were not turn upside down standard, basically soup in a cup with a red spoon. Customer service was horrible and the employee that made them did not have a desire to make them right. Will not be back.

Me and my parents got there 5 minutes before closing and they denied us and said sorry we are out of food but that was a load of crap because there was literally french fries right in the serving window. I think they all should be fired and replaced because we are all starving and we can’t eat much but a cheap sandwich tonight because they were too lazy to even try.

Butterfinger Blizzard here must mean cup of vanilla ice cream. About 5 small pieces of candy bar. Disappointing.
*** Update***
Response from owner, they hoped I would try again. I did. Same bad blizzard. I’m not exaggerating, this place uses about a fourth (if that) amount of mixed-in toppings. Their blizzards are just cups of ice cream with a few crumbs. It seems the business model, since it’s right off the freeway, is they rely on I-15 travellers recognizing the Dairy Queen name and stopping in. They could care less about repeat customers, because they probably don’t get many. But they must not need repeat customers. Crafty plan to cut costs! Just so disappointing the closest Dairy Queen for 30 miles is this profit squeezing place! You’re killing the goose that lays the golden eggs, Brigham City Dairy Queen!

Absolutely the WORST burgers (2) that we’ve had. It was more of a 1/3 lb double cheese hockey puck than burger and unfortunately we got it to go so we didn’t find out until 5 miles down the road. Dry and totally burned crispy on the edges. I highly suggest that you do NOT get a burger there if you want to keep your teeth. It will shine the though from the burnt charcoal ends the burger was also completely squished flat in the bag so maybe someone was extremely angry to the burger before they gave it to us.
