I’ll post a picture of a taco for sample, keep in mind I ordered 12 items and they were all looked this sad. I was just so hungry I didn’t think of taking a picture until the last taco.
One of the tacos had no cheese just one little piece of lettuce and almost no meat at all.
This location is just robbing hungry people, Just go anywhere, you’ll eat better and save money.
At the start of the dinner rush… I have to wait for the ONE person behind the counter to help 4 people in the drive through EVERY time before I can place an order/pay for the order…

You can’t replace a person with screens. The kiosk requires pressing three or four times to wake up… (Maybe needs restarting at the beginning of the shift)… And then you still have to wait for the employee to give change.
If you are only going employ one person behind the counter then make the drink fountain available so we don’t have to wait in between refills.
Also I think your staff needs a new fris container holder. After the employee filled the container, the rack fell off of the warming station…sad waist of food…. And fries (that are now) all over the floor is slip and fall hazard
The girl at the drive thru was incomprehensible! She had no idea what I was ordering? They named the Del Beef burrito the Del Beef burrito, not me! I get to the window and she didn’t get any part of my order correct? I was the ONLY person there, inside or out, so how do you mess up the one customer you have?
I now remember why I only eat there when it’s an emergency. My burrito was full of beans, and their beans are gross! That’s why I order the Beef burrito!
Food was served completely different than any other ….. fries seem old, just heated up again. Cheese in the quesadilla was not good….
So much for calling it fresh. I wonder how long it had been sitting there. I added a pic so you can see what I’m talking about.
