I almost lost my temper with the ordering kiosk but Ethan stopped me from testing the strength of the glass with my head. He politely and patiently helped me place my order. What a nice young man. Management material. Very receptive to the needs of customers.

Not sure what happened to this Del Taco location but they use to serve good and my last couple visits seems like they purposely serve miserable even when your the only customer there, not a good sign when haters are serving people food.
I’ll post a picture of a taco for sample, keep in mind I ordered 12 items and they were all looked this sad. I was just so hungry I didn’t think of taking a picture until the last taco.
One of the tacos had no cheese just one little piece of lettuce and almost no meat at all.
This location is just robbing hungry people, Just go anywhere, you’ll eat better and save money.

Fountain drink is “not working”
At the start of the dinner rush… I have to wait for the ONE person behind the counter to help 4 people in the drive through EVERY time before I can place an order/pay for the order…
get the food….
And get a refill…
You can’t replace a person with screens. The kiosk requires pressing three or four times to wake up… (Maybe needs restarting at the beginning of the shift)… And then you still have to wait for the employee to give change.
If you are only going employ one person behind the counter then make the drink fountain available so we don’t have to wait in between refills.
Also I think your staff needs a new fris container holder. After the employee filled the container, the rack fell off of the warming station…sad waist of food…. And fries (that are now) all over the floor is slip and fall hazard

It makes sense that Jack in the Box sold this place! I went to the drive through because this is the only place close to the freeway and I was in and bit of a hurry.
The girl at the drive thru was incomprehensible! She had no idea what I was ordering? They named the Del Beef burrito the Del Beef burrito, not me! I get to the window and she didn’t get any part of my order correct? I was the ONLY person there, inside or out, so how do you mess up the one customer you have?
I now remember why I only eat there when it’s an emergency. My burrito was full of beans, and their beans are gross! That’s why I order the Beef burrito!

Things are getting really bad at fast food restaurants. The portions are getting smaller and the prices higher! Almost $6 for a single layer of fries with very little chili and cheese. Never thought I’d see the day that Del Taco would skimp on the portions. I’ll make my own chili cheese fries, I guess. Good luck with ripping off the customer.

Our fries had so much black gunk on them. Clearly the fryer grease has been needing to he changed for a WHILE. The Del tacos were skimpy. We asked for bold burritos and got 2 fries each in both burritos. We eat at Del Tacos often and this was the worst yet. Drive 4 minutes up to the other del taco. Skip this one!

Went in to order food and was having trouble with the kiosk. Marcos helped me and made me feel comfortable and not judged. Him and his team were awesome! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Wow the chicken quesadilla was horrible. It tasted like old chicken, that had been sitting there all day. It tasted so burnt out dried.

Monika was super nice and attentive. With that being said I think they were short handed or just super slow at getting food out. How long do you think you need to leave chicken on the grill to turn it into coal???? This is ridiculous. Around the whole outside edge of the quesadilla there was NO cheese so the cook should have been able to see this and apparently just doesn’t care.
