Terrible service, everyone that works there doesn’t speak english. Asked for utensils one girl understood but she just left to the back to talk to the other employees, had to ask again to another employee and didn’t understand. Asked for voodoo fries but only made half of the fries. Very poor service lack of communication and food is just terribly served.

Every time i pull up to this wingstop something goes wrong either they have my order wrong or they give me old wings. Something i hate the most is having to pay for food that isn’t good i have given the benefit of a doubt but no this wingstop sucks!!

First time to this location, staff could have been more friendly and not so robotic. The food was as expected but fries barely warm. Manager sitting in the back would not honor military discount, never have not received before after presenting VIC card. Lobby was really annoying as many had their phone on speaker and talking like they were the only ones is restraunt. It would of been one star but the wings and were good and saused correctly. I will choose another wing stop next time.

Female Manager and front desk employee—both had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. However, the place could really use more staff or better scheduling, especially on the weekends. The wait times were longer than expected, and it was clear the team was doing their best but just overwhelmed. With a few more hands on deck, this place could run much smoother!

They gave us the wrong order and the lady from the register was all rude when I nicely told her about it. They redo everything and the boneless we’re all burned out. One of the guys said that they were supposed to look like that. Horrible experience. No stars at all
