Service was quick and friendly. Food was decent. My complaint is that they need a better way to serve chili dogs. Seems odd to wrap it when by doing this all the chili ends up on the wrap. I posted a picture for reference.

The young kids never get your order right, when you advise them of the order being wrong theor attitudes are beyond unprofessional…you have to ask for drink carriers just for them not to bring them. They manager brought the food out with her cell phone in hand I believe her name was Alyssa or something like that SONIC used to employ those with integrity & professionalism this location is neither

I didn’t go to eat but to get a Cherry Lime Aid. Didn’t like the red cherry dye. They should use real cherry flavor. Wasn’t happy. Poured most of it out.

Horrible customer service today. I pushed the red button to place my order and almost immediately I heard a speaker connection, but no one said anything. I could hear faint noises coming through the speaker so I said ‘hello’. The employee said ‘oh’ and then asked for my order. I started giving my order slowly just to have to repeat it three times. Then a second voice came on that was louder than the person taking my order making some nonsense noises. I gave the rest of my order and at the end the second louder voice said something else over the person taking my order. It sounded like he called me a goob. To end my experience, my order wasn’t even correct. I will never return to this Sonic again.

We ordered a cheese & egg croissant requesting the bacon on the side for my vegetarian daughter. I even mentioned that my daughter is a vegetarian.
My daughter opened her sandwich and noticed the bacon, sadly they placed the bacon on the croissant. When I pointed out the mistake, the young man took the sandwich back offering to cook another one.
When we arrived home she noticed they simply took off the bacon as bits of bacon remained on the sandwich, certainly cutting corners and shattering the trust of loyal customers.
It was our mistake for not double-checking the sandwich before leaving.
Nevertheless, I announce, We Will NEVER Return!!!

Stopped in for a quick snack for the road. Got a wrong order and it was too late by the time I realized they got it wrong.
Tried to get a medium order of mozzarella sticks and large jalapeño bites. Ended up with two order of what looked to be smaller than medium mozzarella sticks. No marinara and a single ranch.
Drinks were correct.
With you didnt have to tip when placing the order, losing the tip to bad service was icing on the bad service cake.

**Update** Decided to try this location again and the burger was just okay but the fries were inedible. Every fry was cold, flimsy and translucent.
Old post: First time to this location in a while and is the last time. It wasn’t busy, but we waited 20 minutes for a microwaved burger with chewy meat and fries that were cold and stale. Yuck…

Update about a year later:
Ordered 4 mini Blasts ( more like Bust). They are STILL cutting corners at this sonic. I’m pretty sure they just whispered the word “m&m”and “Oreo” in our cups because there were like 5 pieces mixed in each cup.

I haven’t been here for awhile and I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. This store is cutting some corners. No cherries or limes in the “ades” , they were out of onion rings ( isn’t that one of your staples?), The Oreo blast barely had any Oreos, and my poor kid got the saddest looking grilled “cheese”- he didn’t eat it. The only positive is I ordered through the app and got quick service.

I’ve been eating here on and off over the last month and it’s been very good. I see different people each time I go there but they’re nice, get my order made well, and it isn’t very expensive. So good job to the people running this Sonic location!

Oh, Monday, Monday….I needed a little cheer this afternoon and when I feel that way, i usually grab a treat that reminds me of my childhood. I got the best ” ORANGE SLUSH WITH SWIRL OF VANILLA ICE CREAM” on top, (I’m shouting to the heavens about it) and when my Carhop, Collin brought it to my car, all i could do is clap like a baby seal because it was perfectly made, and so delicious. (sorry didn’t take photo when I first got it). Oh, and Collin along with the guy who took my order was nice as well 🙂 If you’re driving by Sonic on N. Preston, please try a Slush with a swirl of vanilla ice cream on top. You’re gonna make it your “go to sweet treat” just because it’s different and it’s tasty! I just had to share my experience with someone. Have a blessed day!
