Stopped into Jack’s today and had one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had in a long time. Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection & packed with beef (no skimps). The staff was friendly and service was quick. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to more often!

Cheesesteaks are awesome! Sometimes Jack’s has coupons fliers for a few bucks off of the sandwiches and other items. All of their desserts and deli items look great. We get lunch meat and cheese there; good prices and good quality. They have sales on deli items quite frequently. Reminds me of a small town country store!

This is the 2nd time I’ve entered this store, and immediately felt uneasy. The first time I had left as it was very crowded and chaotic, this second time recently it wasn’t very crowded however quite unpleasant per customer service, wait time, and overall experience.
I wanted to support and give this place a try, so I had a pickup order of chicken salad at 2pm. I got there and waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged let alone helped by the employees. Mind you 2 of the employees were sick and had a nasty cough while interacting with customers. Meanwhile one of the employees was talking about a scratch off ticket regarding or something (loudly) and “how much they won”, and something later about “wouldn’t that make you angry” directly in front of a long line of people. It was a bit awkward let alone unprofessional. It wasn’t until about 15 minutes in there was any basic customer service – I was finally told “I’ll be right with you”and waited another 5 minutes (it wasn’t very busy). For 4 people behind the counter and only 2 customers in line (for now as 6 more came in by the time it was moving along) it took way too long to pick up an order of chicken salad. With that being said, my order of chicken salad wasn’t even ready and they didn’t have enough of it. I got charged for 3 separate containers at shelf price as they were packed and it was all they had left. Overall I was probably in that store from 20-30 minutes to pick up 2.5 lbs of chicken salad that I ordered about 24 hours prior…
My instincts rarely fail me and that’s two separate occasions i went in this store and it felt like something was off.
overall, if I was the owner of this business I would want to know about this especially if I’m sending out coupons in the mail and my business has good reviews online. Because so far that’s the complete opposite of my experiences. I’m a pretty fair and understanding person by the way. The owner is lucky customers support them for how nasty of experiences I’ve had thus far.

Love going to Country Maid instead of one of the big guys! Just stopped in to get a bottled water, which was 50 cents, not 2.00 or more. Different little homemade salads, etc.. Just a Kool spot. Everyone there was friendly, including a few people I met in the store.

Sunday @ 1130am and is too difficult to throw an egg on the grill for a sandwich. Never makes much sense on an open grill for a person to say that.. Whatever. IHOP it is! Not sure why I ever bought a breakfast sandwich at Jacks looking at ihop selection.

This Country Maid used to be great, we ordered there multiple times a month. Over the last year it has really gone down hill. Most of the staff shouldn’t be in the business that deals with customers. Anytime I come in to pick up an order it’s an inconvenience for them. Over the last month almost every order I get is wrong. Today my daughter ordered lunch and had them repeat her order back to her, I picked it up and took it to her as she is in the hospital. Her order was wrong, she called and spoke with the manager who had an attitude and said alls they can do is make a new one. When my daughter told her she’s in the hospital and wouldn’t be able to get it the manager said Oh Well and hung up on her.
The most unprofessional place, and we will no longer be giving them our business.

Half of our pick up order was made correctly. The other half was not… Ordered chicken cheese steak and they gave me steak cheese steak…. ordered a turkey and ham sandwich and they tried to give me turkey-ham and told me that they couldn’t give 2 meats on a sandwich. The lady who checked me out wasn’t very friendly or professional.
