The service was great, shout out to my Spanish-speaking employees. The burger was good, the fries were OK and I had refills on my soda. Pretty standard experience except for the price tag was $22 for this meal. Now, for a burger this seems pretty excessive. I don’t understand the hype, especially because I can make a delicious tasting burger at home, for a fraction of the price.

These Guys are definitely a 5! Accidentally ordered from their sister location 15 minutes driving south one way, and instead of sending me to the restaurant we pre-ordered the meal, they offered for them to make the food fresh so we wouldn’t have to wait / drive… and they took care of the rest. Where’s the “That was easy” button when you need it? Great customer service. Haven’t even got the food yet, and I’m already satisfied. Thanks, Guys!

I hope the owner addresses this issue, so the clients don’t get diarrhea. This is the third visit that the cashier, who is also preparing the food, touches the cash register and then continues to prepare the food.
