I like taco time, they’re usually not bad but this locations burrito might be the best burrito I’ve ever eaten! Somehow, they got the food out it like a minute flat, I’ve never been served that fast anywhere my entire life! It was hot, not sitting there precooked or anything like that. Friendly service. These guys are doing it right. Amazing, I don’t often feel compelled to write reviews at all but these guys deserve it. Fantastic!!!

I am so confused! See photos attached of the receipt and the value menu items. I was overcharged! The receipt says soft bean burritos are $3.19 each and the crisp tacos are $3.09 each. So why was it not $7.95 for those four items? I need an explanation please? The bean burritos weren’t even full and thick, and the tacos were so greasy I could only eat one of them. Where is the quality control in this restaurant? I feel deceived by the overcharging of these items when they clearly are under the 4 for $7.95 value menu not the regular price on the receipt. I am offended and appalled by this deception. I need a response from the owner of this restaurant and some compensation. We all know the restaurants make the profits in the drinks no way does it cost $4.29 for a fountain large Diet Coke. The MexiFries were cold when we got home and we had to reheat them in the microwave and we live right around the corner from the restaurant. The prices have gone up and the quality clearly has gone down. I gave them 1 star under service because they overcharged me on the tacos and soft bean burritos.

This place was surprisingly amazing from start to finish. My order was completely accurate, which is always appreciated, and the staff was absolutely friendly and welcoming. The service felt genuine, not rushed, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It honestly deserves way more attention than it get, Pocatello is definitely sleeping on this place.

An Honest 5 stars to the team at this Taco Time. Order taken well, food brought to me was delicious. Carson was top notch! Also, very clean and evidently well managed. Kudos! I will be back, would recommend to others. I enjoyed the comedy on billboard!

Pocatello taco time is way better than the ones in Spokane. It surprised me the all out size of the crisp meat burritos, a third again bigger than ours. And the meat definitely was more flavorful than any Ive had in Spokane. I was texting my daughter about it.

Edit 9/19/2022: Please note that the Large Taco Salad doesn’t come in the taco shell bowl. Just the small. I called to confirm this and that is what the guy said. This was something I didn’t know, first time ordering a taco salad.
Love the soft tacos. Hasn’t changed, still great menu and food. But I wouldn’t go there near closing time, food gets a bit sloppy. My mexifries looked they were the last bit in the basket, clumped, and greasy as heck, meat in my taco was dry and yucky. Otherwise, the food is great. Still go back, just at lunch time now.

Usually the food is great. Tonight it was terrible. Beans were dry like they’d been sitting out for a while. The cheesy mexi fries were hard.Very hard couldn’t even stick the fork in them they were so hard.

To be honest the service was horrible and the crisp meat was not cooked I ended up getting food poisoning called them and the were very rude and kept passing the phone around worse service ever and no Manger on duty what a bunch of crap
