I have ordered from this place a couple of times already and me and my family have been stuck on there pizza. My wife loves it and so does my kids. The pizza is extremely good and the staff is amazing. Best pizza in the area for sure. Hands down. You will have a loyal customer with us. It’s worth the 12 min drive every time from Batavia.

Driving home to Rochester I saw the shop outta the corner of my eye; starving, I pulled in. Owner was friendly & helpful. Ordered the small steak sub to pound down on my travels. FANTASTIC Sammy! Grilled roll set the stage, terrific taste, great ingredients, checked every single box you wantd. Washed it down with a cane sugar coke in the old style bottle. The pizza is awesome! The sauce is flavorful, the crust isn’t too thick and is soft yet has that satisfying crisp on the outside. The pizza isn’t overly cheesy and all of the ingredients are quality. The hot wings are juicy, too! The customer service was professional and welcoming! My partner and I will definitely be coming back!

Way to expensive & so not worth it. Pizza was under cooked, very small amount of sauce, very small amount of cheese & little amount of toppings. Pizza was super thin. Wings were small & definitely not hot like I asked. I am sorry but I won’t be ordering here again. The front area is also very dirty & not pleasant to look at. Cob webs every where just gross.

We order from Andy’s for years on a regular basis weekly to biweekly. Last night the delivery was 1/2 hr late. Tonight we were told 1 hr for 2 subs with an order of fries and waited 2 hrs. before they delivered. This is just unacceptable.
Our subs were barely warm and the fries were cold. We are saddened by the change in this pizzeria.

My parents moved to Elba, but we hadn’t been to Andy’s in years, so we figured it was time to give them a try.
Well, we are so glad we did. We’ve been going there lots ever since we tried their wings and pizza because both are great and the quality is consistent.
The only suggestion I have is that you ask them to make your pizza saucy. We used to find their pizzas a tad dry, so we asked the guy working their to make sure ours was saucy and he came through for us. Moreover, he remembers us now, so he basically tells us he’ll make the pizza the way we like before we even ask him.
If you either haven’t tried Andy’s or haven’t been recently, do yourself a favor and try them the next time you have a hankering for pizza.

Ordered 4 small subs and a $8 chicken and fry combo and it was $38…the subs were really tasty too. A little messy, but tasty!
