The remnants of Los chillangos lives on in this successor food truck. The menu looks the same, unfortunately execution is about 80% where it used to be. Burrito construction had one of ours fall apart, and there used to be a layer of melted cheese right underneath the tortilla.
It’s 80% of the way there which is still pretty good, but not quite where it used to be. Maybe its still trying to find its footing. But it’s hard to justify it’s $17 price vs. What it used to be.
