I ordered the The Full CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE. ( the salad bar also has great options so look around! The roasted bell peppers had so much flavor! I grabbed some parmesan flakes and a few cured meats to pair with my Brazilian steak)
The waiters come very frequently with various options. ( my favorite was the lam chop and the lamb steak) They even ask for the type of meat you are looking for every now and then. The portions are also more than just bite size. ( not to mention them being cooked just right and flavorful). The price was ~70$ I also ordered a glass of red wine ( CABERNET SAUVIGNON Daou, Paso Robles, California) . Very worth it if you want to enjoy the experience! Was able to balance the taste of wine and red meat on my pallets.
Atmosphere feels like a high end hotel. ( the good service adds on the atmosphere. I dressed up for dinner being my first time but the majority of the common locals seems to just show up in their day to day clothes. ( t-shirt, hoodie is also fine) so I appreciate the flexibility in dress code.
A special shout-out to Bryan T, Carter, and Nico, who went above and beyond to provide an amazing dining experience. It really felt like a team effort — no egos, no separation, just pure coordination and passion for great service.
The only thing I’d recommend improving is the initial welcome at the entrance. Compared to other Fogo locations, the greeting here was a bit less warm. However, once seated, the service was simply phenomenal — probably the best I’ve experienced so far.
Please let the owner know they have a very special team here in Denver. And one last note — everyone should try the “Tres Leches” dessert! It’s on another level — rich, flavorful, and by far the best version I’ve ever had.and definitely I will go again with the full churrasco snd full indulgent amazing
