This location has to be the worst KFC. i’ve ever eaten! When this happens to you, don’t bother to call and complain or expect a refund. Because no one seems to answer the phone! Please avoid this location unless you want horribly dry chicken! Even the mashed potatoes where subpar.

Placed an online order. The tracking provides showed that the order was ready for pickup. Showed and gave them my order info. Was told they were still working on my order. Waited patiently for 30 mins later before I couldn’t wait any longer. No apologies or estimates on when my order would be ready. Do not recommend online orders. Hassle to get refund.

This location is my go to when heading home from my parents in Michigan.
We love their chicken pot pies during colder weather. Once I had to wait because there were not enough readily available, to fill my order. The manager was so nice and suggested I call ahead when I wanted that many and they would have mine fresh and waiting for me.

I didn’t get violently ill like i did two days ago after cooking my own chicken. Breast are huge thighs, drumsticks wings and thighs oh my. They juicy. Mash potatoes on the floor and the gravy taste! Nothing bad to say about this place!

Chicken was brown and black near the bone. Coating dark which I’m assuming it was fried in old grease. If I could give a negative 0 rating, I would. Manager had a very nasty attitude and would not replace my order. Do not visit this store.
