We had the street taco platter. Wow! Great for 2-4 people. 12 wonderful tacos with lime wedged beans and rice. It’s a wonderful way to try four different styles and the hot sauces to accompany them. It’s a fun atmosphere great for a group to eat and drink and talk.

Stopped by Que Chula with my wife during the UNC vs Duke game and it turned into one of the most fun game-day spots we’ve been to. The restaurant was busy but very well organized, food came out hot, and the drinks were consistent all night. The bar service stood out, Pablo took care of us and kept things moving without ever losing a good attitude. Great vibe, great service, and a perfect place to watch big games. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually have high expectations for Mexican restaurants around here, but this one did not disappoint. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I just recommend having the same dish information on both the physical menu and the online menu, as we had to clarify something when the bill came. I highly recommend trying the chile relleno with chicken tinga and plantain stuffed. The place is also very nice!

Good food, medium service. Getting a table was very chaotic. I think there was something wrong with their electronic system because it seemed like tables were open when they weren’t, so there was confusion with getting people seated. We opted to wait to sit indoors rather than immediately sit outside. The wait was about 40 minutes, which is aligned to what they told us it would be. It’s a text system where they will send you a text when your table is ready.
There was a huge selection of food and drinks. I’m gluten free, so it was easy to substitute the corn tortillas for the tacos. They also said the chips were gluten free. The chips and salsa were brought with water right away. The salsa is the best I’ve had in a while. The tacos were very tasty and the rice & beans had surprise beef or something at the bottom. The spices they used were excellent. The classic margarita was good and the mango margarita was good but a little too sweet.
Would definitely recommend!

Got the chicken enchiladas. It was very unique in terms of its presentation as well as the diverse colors, the sauce was interesting. Also, the portions were fair to the amount of food that you got. However, it lacked a lot of flavor, had to add salt and hot sauce to make it taste better. The chilaquiles had the same issue with the chicken not really being seasoned and feeling like it was missing something. Like it wasn’t salted or missing spices. With this being said, it’s a far cry from bad food, it wasn’t terrible but it’s not at the standard of Bandidos. But it has Mexican beer on draft, the presentation is beautiful and it’s a more prime location. The place overall is good, the waitresses were very attentive as well as quick with tending to your needs. It feels wrong giving this place a lower rating but it felt like it was missing a key ingredient in the food to place it in that good authentic Mexican food category.

First time being here and I can honestly say it’s been the best food I’ve had in a good while, not only that but the best customer service experience. Pablo has to be the best worker there because the way he attended me was excellent compared to his coworkers.

We randomly stopped here for lunch before our show at the planetarium and were not disappointed. They had fantastic service and a great, clean atmosphere. The food was delicious and they had quite a few gluten free and vegetarian options for me to boot. Plus they were able to make something for my picky eater, which was a huge surprise. Very pleased and will definitely be back when we come back to the area.
