Customer service was very bad! My first time here… They called the police and cursed me out because I didn’t like the food.. no refund. I left food on counter …had to sign a POLICE waiver due to the young lady with piercings on her face and a minor that’s barely old enough to work there got offended. They had no respect for the customer and called the police immediately!! Terrible experience!! Please stay away, unless you want to speak dekalb county for no reason!! Pictures attached below: parking lot is empty for a reason.

Passing through Decatur heading home and decided to try this place out. I had the Spicy Lemmon Pepper (10) and Sweet Chili (10) chicken wings. Both were THE BOMB! My order took less than 10 minutes to come out. The cashier (young brown-skin female with glasses) was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Wings 1on1. I definitely will stop agin when I’m in the area. 10/10

Normally, I don’t review…But there is nothing worse than paying for something you didn’t get. Especially after you’ve taken a quick glance once they show you your order before you leave the store trusting everything is right. Driving home, only later eating what you paid for realizing after the fact…my order is missing what I paid for + the store is closed hours later! I shouldn’t have to count my quantity of food @ the register to make sure everything is right in front of everyone in line. I can’t believe I ate & counted twice after eating trying to make sure there were 15 wings…but I kept coming up with 10 mixed flavors. Customer service was good….even though someone in front of me was complaining about the same thing I’m now reviewing . Ive been coming here for a long time & now I’m reconsidering even though the food is good.

Ordered 10pc wings from here and I can see why their score is an 84! Wings were super cold after 10-15 min and instead of them writing my name down to replace the order another time, they wanted me to be inconvenienced by coming back out tonight. Horrible service and food. I have NEVER had to microwave wings in my life. I’ll never visit that place again and that’s bad because I always go there. Never again.
