It’s a great location, the inside is pretty clean. Great style of table and chairs. The service was ok . You get plenty of options for sandwiches BUTTTTTT Why didn’t anybody tell me Jersey Mikes doesn’t have black olives as an option for toppings???!! There were actually a limited options of toppings. I was disappointed the girl who took my order laid my sandwich bread on the table w/o any paper to wrap my sandwich..is that normal for this place? Anyways…the food is good but I’m not sure if I know what the hype is about ♀️ ♀️

We ordered takeout and something was definitely wrong with however this food was prepared; it tasted & had a texture like the veggies were old. The grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub was inedible. It was strangely stringy and the bread was already mushy by the time we got home five minutes later. It was so gross and it’s been this bad every time we’ve gotten food from this Jersey Mike’s specifically, vegetarian or not. I can’t justify spending money there again.

I’m usually very happy with my service but I placed an order for lunch boxes online and it stated tomorrow, and the date was wrong and they didnt have them ready making me late for my meeting. The gentleman that was there gathered the team to get all the items for me but they weren’t in boxes they were just regular. I was disappointed because presentation is BIG for me. I’m sure everyone will enjoy but the stress of how things were going made me annoyed.

Place is always dirty and poor on service. Used to be good but the last three times I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for my mobile orders once I got in the store. Over 45 minutes in total. People walked in, placed big orders, and left during my time there. You are better off going to Harris Teeter. You know it’s bad when I could have gotten in line and gotten my sub quicker.

Ignored from the start!! Ordered inside and it took over almost an hour to get a cheese steak! Watched other customers get their cheese steaks cooked. When brought up to employees they tried to give chips that we didn’t ask for, as if our time isn’t valuable or like someone want some free junk. Get home and the second cheese steak has no meat only mushrooms. Completely disappointed with this location.

They are always dry & crunchy.
A sandwich is only as good as the bread and it should not make a sound when you bite through it.
Whoever’s managing this joint needs to exercise a little bit of quality control and stop letting stale garbage out the door eh..
Especially at $15.00 a pop. That’s already highway robbery for one sandwich — so my bread better be super soft and on-point.

Went to the Jersey Mike’s in Rocky Mount and was completely turned off. A fly landed on the ham while the employee walked away to get the turkey. When she came back, I informed her that a fly had landed on the sandwich she just started picking off pieces of the ham like that fixed anything asking did I just want the turkey on the same sandwich , I asked her to remake the sandwich, and she said she couldn’t do that. Really? I told her to keep it. What’s even worse was that she was the MANGER .
What’s got me is her attitude she got mad at me like I was the problem for not wanting a “fly sandwich.” And continued talking about to issue as I left. I didn’t even go off like I could’ve, but I’m glad I walked away with my money and peace. There was another customer that she told flies are natural and we the “customers are the one that’s letting them in” sounds like the health department may need to make a surprise visit.

Busy little place at lunch but line went quickly. Ate in, clean and subs were good. Definitely didnt skimp on the meat.
