I had an order that totaled over 50 dollars for two items. Soft tacos and a burrito bowl except I didn’t get what I paid for at all. I purposely asked for an EXTRA portion of beef, knowing full well this location has a bad habit of shorting people on portion sizes. I honestly feel some of the workers, being teenagers judge a person’s weight and short change based on that.
But this was a mobile order that tends to avoid that. I asked for Extra meat and extra cheese both of which I did not get. The whole bowl itself was pathetic looking. It was barely half full, HALF full for an EXTRA portion of meat that I paid for. There were absolutely no veggies to be found, a sprinkle of beans, a thin layer of rice and barley enough meat to make up ONE portion.

I am heavily dissatisfied with my order, and ONLY even ordered at this place because the App was disallowing me to order from the superior location in Newton PA. They actually care over there about following portion sizes, rather than short change their customers, making them pay for extra when they get even less to save a quick sleezy buck.

They’re just as bad, as the associates who pour extra water into their customers coffee at the rest stop Starbucks.

Chipotle just keeps getting worse. This location is no exception to that. As soon as I walked in I noticed trash on all the tables. I had to wait for the NEW honey chipotle chicken to be prepared because they had ran out. The counter the bowls and burritos are fixed on had food all over it. Workers were rude and treated guest as though we were an inconvenience. Also, to top it all off, half way through eating my bowl I find a LEAF! Yes, a tree leaf, how does this even happen.
This was my 13th reason, I am done with chipotle!

Chipotle has absolutely gone downhill, and this location is one of the worst I’ve ever stepped into. The place is flat-out filthy—food smeared across the tables, rice and scraps all over the floor, like nobody has bothered to clean since the night before.
I came in during late lunch, and there were only a few people inside, yet somehow not a single employee bothered to acknowledge me. I stood right at the counter—literally right in front of the glass—with zero line, and still waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even walked over. And when someone finally did, they acted like taking my order was a chore.
The portions were laughable. They piled on more lettuce and cheese than anything else, and the actual meat serving looked like something you’d give to a toddler. For the price they’re charging, it’s ridiculous. If I wanted a bowl of mostly lettuce, I would’ve gone to a grocery store.
I reached out to customer service, and—shockingly—they were absolutely useless. Generic responses and no attempt to make it right. Clearly they don’t care.
I will never come back to this location. Ever. I’ll take my money to Qdoba instead, where the portions are actually worth the price, the staff remembers how to treat customers, and the restaurant doesn’t look like it’s been neglected for an entire week.

Terrible workers. Elnasia is horrible! Laughing and joking about a customer (me) right in front of me. Totally disrespectful and I felt humiliated. She also doesn’t know what she’s doing because she’s charging for toppings. She’s extremely rude and should be fired. It’s also not appropriate for workers to suggest that I pay them privately in the back of the restaurant for free food. You need new employees.

I have to give a 5 star review to counter the bad ones. I haven’t been to this location in years but tonight it was fine. The young lady behind the counter was running things, communicating with the staff for what was needed which is crucial in a functioning kitchen. The food was fine. The place looked relatively clean

Sharing my amazing lunch experience today at Chipotle I so admired the workers on staff today. Following the food preparation protocols and washing hands with the change of gloves which is so important. Even when they don’t notice that someone is watching. Items stocked and ready to go at the beginning of the shift. Pleasant atmosphere and smiles. I was able to get one name to give thanks too. Mr. Martin!! Keeping the cook’s station in rotation of awesome Chipotle Entrees!! Great job guys!!

Everyone at this location acts like they absolutely hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. Customer-facing roles should be filled by people who actually want to interact with customers. They can’t even fold burritos properly — they’re always falling apart, then they try to double wrap them and still mess it up, and somehow the solution is offering an empty bowl. If I wanted a bowl, I would’ve ordered one.

This is a constant issue at this location. There’s zero effort or care put into making the food, and the overall vibe is that customers are an inconvenience.

So i went to Chipotle in Mercer Mall and this was the food given to me for $16 its supposed to be double steak, idk if its just me BUT this doesnt even look like a single. I spoke with the manager and asked for more steak and taco shells and was told no. I was very pleasant but im sorry this at it ‼️ I asked for money back. These establishments gotta do better and this why i cook my own food. I will NEVER eat here again

My first time going to Chipotle and I have to say I was not disappointed! The food was good, service was quick and the place was pretty clean. I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future to try some of the other menu options.
