There needs to be consistent standards across all Chipotle locations. It’s not acceptable to receive a full, delicious bowl one week and an almost empty, flat bowl the next. If a serving size is meant to be one spoonful, then that portion should be consistent every time.
Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being shorted or scammed with smaller portions than what’s advertised. It honestly feels like the only way to get what you pay for is to order in person instead of trusting online orders.

I’m very sad and disappointed. I placed an online order for pick up a few minutes ago.
I had to wait because they delayed the order, but it was fine as long as I got enough food. I was so hungry and craving chipotle today, when I got home I couldn’t believe it when I opened the bowl… there was literally ONE small spoonful of barbacoa, I bought 2 burrito bowls and they both came FILLED with RICE and 1 small spoonful of meat, barely any beans either.
The food was completely sweet, with no salt at all. It didn’t taste of anything, only the remains of the meat had flavor.
I paid $24.86 to eat rice with lettuce.
Please put yourself in the customer’s shoes.

I usually love this location but one of the employees was rushing me with the orders I was making for my friends. Please learn to be more considerate and pay attention to what customers needs are. We are spending our hard earned money.

The parking conditions are very annoying unless you have an electric vehicle, are handicapped, or doing takeout. Just went here and when I was getting my stuff at asking for some more toppings the manager said and I quote, you’re killing me man. I told him this is why I come to Chipotle and give them my money he said this is not going to last and we are going to be charging for any extra toppings soon. Of course my response is then I’m going to go somewhere else and he said everybody is going to be like us. Woefully bad customer service and this manager does not care about his customers there are a lot of other Chipotle’s that do give you good service this is not one of them I would avoid it

Had the worst Experience! All the sides were low or empty. The server Had an attitude and was really rude. The only thing that was full was the salsa and when I asked for a side of it, it seemed to bother him! Whoever was in charge really needs to work on their supervising and management skills.

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience was honestly terrible. I placed a pick up order for the drive through like I always do. When I get to the window and tell the worker the name of my of my order she’s looking at the shelf’s and can’t find it. She then goes on her phone and types in Google translate “they took it” and I’m staring at her like what do you mean they took it. She proceeds to give me a look and I ask if I can speak with a manager. Manager came over I explained that she basically told me someone already picked up my order. I’m explaining to them that then that means that a worker gave my order to the wrong person. The manager gave me so much attitude and never apologized for the mistake OF THE STAFF. I totally understand mixups happens and that’s okay but they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and own up to the fact that they gave my bowl to someone else…

Actually had a solid visit here today despite the mixed reviews. The line moved fast and they didn’t skimp on portions. Tables were a little messy, but the food was hot and fresh. Good quick lunch spot.

Good location, no complaints. Food portions are reasonable. Quality is good.
I’ve had a lot of bad Chipotle experiences in recent years (food poisoning, etc.) and while I’ve only been to THIS location twice, I have not experienced anything like that.

We made an online order for 5 bowls, 2 chips and guac and a burrito. 3 of the bowls were made incorrectly and we were missing both chips. Contacted customer service and their response was to give me a free chip and guac on my app. I asked for a refund. Says he’d refund it and immediately ended the chat. Now our dinner is ruined and I’m out $60. Off to spend more money on food from somewhere else.

Very tasty food but kinda of a bad service. I don’t eat spicy at all and they said nothing is spicy. This fact made me order 2 times because first time something was spicy and because all the food was looking fresh I tried second time. I left dissapointed and hungry.
