The last time I came here I ordered a meal and an extra piece of chicken for $3.99. When I got home, there was no extra piece of chicken! I decided to try again tonight because they used to be very good so I thought okay, it’s just a mistake. Tonight, I ordered a 2 piece meal and received a thigh that was smaller than a wing, burnt and dry! On top of that, whenever I use a coupon, the person in the drive through never seems to want to accept it, always asking if its expired! I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere moving forward. They have bad service and now the food is bad too.

Yesterday I bought this drinks ( lemonade ) and they taste horrible , like medicine and it got little particles of something , I was during the nighttime so I didn’t see what’s going , I couldn’t even drink cuz it’s tasted nasty , today when I woke up I checked the drinks and this is what I found, such a bad experience and bad costumer service, They gave me this knowing that it was wrong and that I could get sick

The last 2 times the pieces of chicken have not tasted like KFC at all. Not terrible but very plain like supermarket or off brand fried chicken. They typically get something wrong with your order whether it’s a forgotten sauce or give you extra crispy instead of original, or short you a piece of chicken.

I had Kentucky Fried Chicken tonight and it was pretty salty, the fries tasted like it was cooked twice and it was very very salty. I try to give it a chance this is the third time in about 2 months and I won’t go back the sodium is too high and the taste was not at all good. Very disappointed waste of my money

ordered mash potato poppers and got a bunch of apple pie poppers. the store is dirty and to make it worse didn’t get a receipt so when I told them I did not get my receipt or the mashed potato poppers I got more apple pie poppers and was told to wait 5 mins for the mashed potato poppers. only gave the 2 stars cause the food is good but everything else was horrible. nobody is cleaning the floor either.

Place never has anything, various times coming here and they never have any chicken sandwiches. Doesn’t make sense, you sell chicken. Not like I’m asking for something out of the norm. Place for an uplift but still terrible. Unfortunate

I should’ve read the reviews before placing an order…they messed up my food I ordered 3 pc chicken and they gave me 5 tenders instead and Uber eats doesn’t help at all. Popeyes way better than this place.
