Close this place down!! My potatoes tasted like old fish grease! That bacon is so old and dried out!! They had so much ice in my coffee that I got 3 sucks out my straw and it was gone!! IF YOUR BROKE CLOSE DOWN!!! DONT SERVE THIS MESS!! And the lady taking the orders English was terrible!! And we had to repeat our stuff several times NEVER AGAIN

I have no idea how anyone would give this particular BK any more than 1 star. Should be a zero in my book. I was staying at the the Extended Stay of America down the street. 3 times in a row messed up my order. If you do go in there, check your bag and also unfortunately what it contains, even if you have to open the wrapper.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Burger King, especially considering it was a busy holiday weekend. Despite appearing short-staffed, the team delivered exceptional service. Our order was 100% accurate, the food was fresh, and it came out incredibly fast. It’s not easy to keep up under those conditions, but they managed to provide a great experience. Kudos to the hardworking staff for keeping things running smoothly!

Stood at counter for 10.5 minutes and watched them serve the drive thru customers (5). My wife asked if they could take our order. Girl went out back and after 4 minutes a manger came out and said they were busy. No one in store or drive thru now. Walked out without ordering. DON’T STOP THEY’RE A WASTE OFF TIME.

Decided to try the new chicken sandwich from BK today, bow was that a mistake.
Order the meal that came with the small fry, and small drink.
I asked for a Dr. Pepper, but got a stale diet coke with little ice.
The small fry literally had 8 unsalted fries, and the chicken sandwich was dry!
The buns were burnt on the edges, and the mayo looked more yellow then white so definitely been sitting out all day.
I haven’t been here in about 3 years, and after today’s visit I know remember why.

It took a very long time to get our food, and when it came out, it was overcooked and cold. Their soda was practically just water, so I asked for my refill at the front. She took my cup and walked off with it, unclear what was happening with it. About 5 minutes passed, and she didn’t come back with my cup. I was in a rush, so I decided to just leave. I think I’ll avoid this BK in the future.
