It looks a newer location.
Wide opened with good sections with different table setting and plenty of nice sunlights made me feel more comfortable and pleasant. In particular, its restroom is the new and nicely maintained, which nice companies are supposed to have for their customers and employees, not like many others ugly Panera Bread restrooms.

i ordered a bread bowl but they didn’t have one so i got 4 pieces of bread and soup instead lol, wasn’t notified and already paid but im a bread lover so i wasn’t too mad. also wish there was a more designated waiting area for pick up orders, i was kinda just standing around awkwardly.

No butter with my baguette, no knife on my plate, and they marked off my chocolate croissant but never gave me it. This Panera is not as organized as the one in Springfield. It’s weird that the Mac n Cheese was so bland. I’m glad I got bacon this time, or there wouldn’t be much flavor. I don’t know if this is something Panera does, but there weren’t any tops for the water cups. And why is the mayo always a small blob on top and bottom bread even when you ask for extra? That’s every Panera.

Kaitlyn saved the day. Let’s establish that first and foremost. She provided exceptional, timely service with kindness and courtesy. That being said: Panera’s dependence on apps and smartphones for ordering and notifications removes accountability from the store and blows customer service to bits. We ordered breakfast items that were available on the store’s touch screen, but we had to wait for a very long time and finally ask at the kitchen window about our food order. Kaitlyn explained that the store was out of ingredients for the breakfast menu, and suggested available replacement options. She brought us replacement meals quickly and courteously and went above and beyond to make it right.
That being said, Panera’s corporate leadership needs to take turns working in actual store locations to understand how the dependence on apps and customer smartphones both helps and hurts the store experience for customers and employees.
My Tomato Basil BLT was delicious and the coffee was very good.

Panera at Media, there is a Panera team worker by the name of CJ, an amazing young gentleman, helpful with information, keeping up with areas that need cleaning, asking customers if they need any assistance. I am a loyal Panera customer and this gentleman made the atmosphere so friendly with his smile and kindness, you all need to clone him.

Now that McDonald’s owns Panera everything has changed. This restaurant is much more like a McDonald’s than a Panera from 2 years ago.

Echoing what other reviewers have said, this is a very dirty location. Expect the floor to be sticky around the ordering kiosks, drinks, and bathroom. There was a person on drugs in the bathroom standing with his head in his arms against the paper towel machine, he was dozing in and out. When I told an employee she was genuinely concerned.

Sold out of many items at 4pm on a Wednesday. Sold out of baguette bread, potato chips, romaine lettuce, green goddess salad dressing and cilantro. Cilantro can be found at the grocery store across the parking lot.

The side fruit cup was mostly empty.

Cups of soup for carry out are pre portioned, so if they look not full, they will NOT fill them to the brim.

Pick two with a soup and a salad is coming to over $15, so if you want to head somewhere else, I’m with you.

Again, no baguette side with the soup because they are sold out, the Broomall location was also sold out.

Had a breakfast sent to us .
They had a nice selection, and the food was delicious. Coffee was still hot and had all the fixings. Asked for food for 30, and they provided. Will definitely order again.

This place can’t get an order right. Doesn’t make sure the dasher that they are contracted with to make deliveries has the whole order. I ordered no tomato’s and a half gallon green tea. I didn’t get the green tea and I got tomato’s all over my sandwich. Don’t bother ordering from panera. The quality control has gone out the window.

I got a $10 gift card but still no refund. Lol

I would say if you are ordering takeout or delivery there is a 90% chance you won’t have your whole order. I have no idea how this can happen so often. Whatever paneras system is for making sure you get your whole order needs to be changed entirely. The food I get is normally decent and I’m sure the food that I don’t get would have been decent too.

I love paneras food, but this one leaves much to be desired. Starting with the female cashier at the front he seems like she’s rather be anywhere in the world but here, and being ignored while waiting to order for 5 minutes, to waiting 30+ minutes for our food a couple weeks ago. I’ve been disappointed in some manner almost every time I’ve been here.
