I just stopped at this Dairy Queen drive-through and was served completely raw chicken tenders. I took a bite and immediately realized something was wrong — the inside was cold, rubbery, and visibly raw (photo attached). This wasn’t slightly undercooked — it was full-on raw in the center.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the store to report the issue, but the phone number listed is disconnected. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone at the location, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
This kind of quality control failure is unacceptable. I hope Dairy Queen corporate sees this and addresses the issue directly with the store.

Wow! The crew at DQ is going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I’ve been doing deliveries for a while now…today was the first time I was offered something to drink for the ride.Nice, friendly faces greet you as you enter..and you feel y’all done right by me. The staff was busy but did get the food hot and precise to order… the staff still was friendly. I love their soft serve ice cream . I do recommend this to my friends and family. I will be back.

I went in. there was nobody in line. What is the rush and I was waiting to be served. Sure enough a bunch of pretty girls come in and the person at the counter decides to serve them first. The food there is no better than any other Dairy Queen in the country. But that’s just bad form for service. I won’t ever eat there again.

Would not honor the 2/$7 double cheeseburger price even though it was posted on the window. Long wait for food & we wanted it to go but they didn’t ask. Did not get a receipt, believe we were overcharged.

Went here with my dad. It was hot outside so he got the stacker cheeseburger and a chocolate shake, I got the bacon stacker burger, fries, and a Diet Coke. Food was great, service was quick and courteous. Our server, Kevin was polite and attentive. The place is clean, well staffed, and nice. Looking forward to going here again.

Why do you not have chocolate ice cream. That is my biggest complaint with DQ they removed chocolate.
