Five stars for the teen boys and young adults working at the Savage location! The young crew working yesterday 1/31/26 were absolutely crushing it! They were professional, polite, and incredibly fast. They had great attitudes even though it was crazy busy. They handled the rush like total pros. Give these kids a raise! It is great to see a young team taking pride in their work!

I come in almost every week and order the same thing. As an older gentleman I have patience but also look for kindness. A girl with purple/red hair helped me yesterday and her smile and greeting made me feel welcome to this Taco Bell.
Especially before thanksgiving, I don’t have any family coming to see me so I showed up waiting for my food and she was so kind. Telling me happy holidays put a smile on my face as she smiled back. Beautiful smile!

My hubby & I ate at Taco Bell last week (take out) & we’re very, very disappointed in the service ( not as much as the food) & the food. We went to the Taco Bell off of Hwy 10 in St Cloud MN. We had take out & took quite a while to get the order (which may have something to do with not having enough help & I understand that if that was the case), but the food wasn’t good. The taco was just ok; the crunch wrap had no cheese on it, very little lettuce & a small scoop of taco meat. Won’t go back to that Taco Bell ever again. We’ve gone to others that have been good. Live & learn, I guess.

I’m writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience I had at your Taco Bell location at 14040 South Highway 13, Savage, Minnesota 55378 (Store #020-131).
I placed an order totaling $42.03, and the food I received was cold and poor in quality. When I politely asked for a fresh batch of fries, the manager responded in a very unprofessional and offensive manner—throwing the food and using inappropriate language toward me for no reason.
I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. The way he acted made me feel unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable taking the food after that interaction because I wasn’t sure if it was handled properly. I ended up driving away without waiting for the fries. The entire situation was upsetting and disappointing, especially considering how much I spent.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Taco Bell. I’m requesting that this matter be looked into seriously and handled appropriately.

Came in too pick a order for doordash. 3 people saw me didnt say anything to me and kept walking. I saw the order i was picking up was ready on counter ended up waiting 10 more minutes then they put it on the delivery counter for being ready they didnt add any mire items to bag in that 10 minutes and food was getting cold. I tell that to the employee and all they say thay they are short staffed and dont care. Should have not sat for 10 minutes and they go onto delivery counter. Im the one that gets no tip from people not the employee at the restaurant. Not happy at all.

This is my go-to Taco Bell location, I’ve been coming here for years and always had great service. Even when they accidentally forgot an item, they were quick to make it right. Shout out to Tyler G! They were super friendly while taking my order and even covered a free item when my coupon wasn’t working properly. Thank you!

Worst run Taco Bell ever. Waited 20+ mins in line, guy was rude taking order, gave me half of my order and would only fix it if I came in the store. Untimely had to get a refund, I wasn’t moving until resolved. Closed window on me as I wasn’t talking. Avoid at all costs.

Food was cold due to waiting on someone to acknowledge us at the counter. Poor service as when you do ask for help they have an attitude even after making eye contact with you several times.
