Today, I went to use a free sandwich from the app. The older gentleman in the front is the sweetest. He didn’t know how to use the promo/code. He asked 3 others and they didn’t know. They were simply told by management to “make the sandwich” the code was not taken or input in the system.
It took 2 minutes to make my sandwich, but then another 4 to actually receive it. It was put on the shoot with the sandwich falling out of the box, box open and no one was paying attention to it. I let it go and waited since I saw they could have other things to do.
Well, after I finally received my order, I simply asked for ONE BBQ sauce. I was told I would be charged even though I have an item that sauce would be asked for dipping. I would have to PAY .42 for one sauce but at ANY other location, I would be given at least one. If I asked for a handful or a lot fine charge, but I had a full chicken sandwich and had to go somewhere else where they gladly gave me one sauce that I was needing.
This store has friendly enough staff, but they all look miserable. They all don’t take their job seriously, care to offer the best service, it is just about the pay check.
This store also needs A LOT of updates, cleaning and care. I will never purchase from here again and will drive out further to get my husband’s bo berry biscuits.

Only ones in the building with only 1 car in drive through upon our arrival we ordered and were let know they could hand us the last bit of what they had or if we didn’t mind waiting an extra 5 minutes they would make it all fresh for us, we took that offer. The interior was spotless and well decorated for Halloween with every table having a pumpkin. I ordered a 4 piece supreme combo that comes with chicken tenders, fries, a biscuit, and choice of sause (mine was honey mustard), and I upsized for a large sweet tea. Very nice staff who took our order!
Legendary sweet tea 5/5:
This sweet tea is the stuff of legends however as a northerner I find it wayyyy to sweet. But I cut it with some unsweet and it’s to die for. With a light body and refreshing taste, this is some good tea!
French fries 2.7/5
They look like the planks of wood on my deck. There isn’t much potato, it’s all breading and super salty seasoning that dries the tongue in impact. No starchy goodness and these would rank even lower if they weren’t made fresh.
Chicken: 4.3/5
Good sides tender with juicy stringy chicken with well spiced batter that adds the smallest kick and leaves a great breading to bite into, that’s a good tender!
Biscuit 3.9/5
Not too much flavor but a crumbley dry outside with a soft airy middle, it’s very satisfying to eat and pairs great with the tea, but not much flavor outside of it, overall a good biscuit!
Honey mustard 5/5
Very good condiment and I was given 2 of that size which isn’t often at a fast food joint, creamy, sweet, savory, tangy, but overpowering which is okay for certain items overall a great honey mustard!
Overall: 4.18/5
Amount spent: $11.22
