I completely forgot that Schlotzsky’s is paired with Cinnabon at this location. I’ve been a loyal customer of their pizza for years. Today, I decided to give Cinnabon a try, and it was an absolute delight! The cinnamon roll was incredibly delicious. So nostalgic, just like the ones you get from the mall. The owners are always friendly and professional. The pizzas are reasonably priced, and I’ve noticed that they seem fresher on Wednesdays compared to the end of the week. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

When I pulled up to this location, the door was locked. So the only way you could order was to go through the drive through. Mind you it was around 5 pm. So I wasn’t sure why the door was locked. My pizza looked like they ran out of pepperoni, and my daughter ordered the Albuquerque Turkey, and she said it was gross.

Disappointing! Front person’s personal appearance should have been a giveaway. Grungy jeans with the entire knee ripped out. Lackadaisical attitude. Sandwich had proper meat portions but the veggies were sparce and the tomato missing altogether. $10 for just the sandwich and they skimp on portion control. Add chips & medium drink and the total is $15.47.
Beverage station was bare. Who doesn’t have refills these days? Even McDonald’s has beverage stations to fill your own cup.
As to value: sandwich, chips, drink =$15.47
Go to Chili’s and get large burger, fries, drink plus choice of soup or salad for $10
Next time I’ll go to Chili’s.

I ordered chicken tortilla soup. There were no tortillas at all and one little dark piece of chicken. I also ordered potato soup and neither one was warm. You opened at ten and my order was picked up at 10:45 my soup should had been warm if not hot. I ordered a turkey sandwich on sourdough bread. The bread was hard on the edges. I could not eat it. I had to throw it away. I keep trying to call the store but no one will pick up the phone.

Drove to this location on 1/6/26 at around 9:30PM.
Arrived and the restaurants gates inside were all set up except for the door part which had a sign that said “drive thru only” with the restaurant hours indicating they close at 10:00PM.
We drove around to place our order and no one was answering, therefore we went to the window and there were 2 asian people there who looked at us and then looked away.
They appeared to be ignoring us.
But thought, maybe they didn’t hear us at the speaker, therefore we drove around to the speaker once again and one more time, nothing heard.
Either the hours need to be updated on the business or the employees need to be informed of the correct closing times because this is so unprofessional.

I really don’t want to give any stars. I ordered a turkey sandwich with extra tomatoes and mayonaise, repeated the order, and when I gave the sandwich to my sister who was in the hospital, she said it was an original with salami and ham, and the other meats that put on an original and she is allergic to salami and could not eat it. I live in Duncanville and was homne when my sister opened it and saw that it as incorrect. Today I called and lady at the store asked about the receipt. Well that was last night, at the hospital and the trash had been emptied. But I copy all of my receipts with fetch so I had a copy of the receipt but when I went to the Schlotzsky’s and showed her exactly what the receipt said which was TURKEY, X-Tomatoes, X-Mayonaise, she said no, it had to be the orginal receipt. That is bullshit! I will not be going back there and I hope they never get another customer
