Ima be honest
Eating in the food is always going to be hot & fresh. Always..
However, the vinaigrette they give you at the table has a HUGE cut on the tip of the bottle, and you have to shake it up in order to use it because its vinigar & oil so…. you guessed it… a finger would have to go ON TOP of the bottle in order to shake it up to use it… who knows how many fingers have been on that and germs inside that bottle… no thanks on that one
Besides that…
Taste is okay it’s not at all the best of the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to, but it’s okay for the location it is at….
Eating in isn’t an experience at all You basically can just walk in and seat yourself. They will check to see who came in and will get you when possible.
Waiters will do their best to check in on you, but its never consistent.. probably because its usually an order to go type of place, so i dont fault them..
Overall ill give it a 1 it could’ve been better but.. its Roanoke Rapids after all

Set a hour without service no communication. No drink refill terrible attitude by server an manager. Meanwhile other consumers were being served and ate left the same time were at the table. Do not go to this establishment you won’t be treated fairly like other consumers. I will never return

Pinos is probably.my favorite place to sit down and have pizza or pasta. It’s nothing mind blowing, and certainly not goin it, but it’s a good family owned business with good food and affordable prices.
If you go here expecting authentic Italian food, you’ll leave dissatisfied. If you go in knowing you’re getting a good meal for a fair price from good people, you’ll love it.
