Always enjoy going to this cafe! Love to see the new items and the detail the crew puts into every pastry. The mat ha was delicious and the mexican mocha never fails. The new cinammon roll display box looks amazing. We do need the conchas rellenas back though.

First visit I got some bread and I enjoy the variety this place has to offer This visit we ordered some drinks and food which I love that they have a food menu and they leave staples of cake to try Although both times we had a bilingual person (& we speak spanish) we had trouble ordering. My drink was made incorrectly and they seemed so confused about their menu. For their matcha drinks they make you order at the bar but they ignored us and wouldn’t take our order. I had to ask them and then they make you scan to pay with Zelle The portions are big and the food tasted a bit simple but good.

Around 0630 pm on Monday 03/02/26, me and my daughter came in to get pan. We USE to love coming here but after this nasty experience, I will be taking my services elsewhere and people should to. When I was approaching the door where they have the pan conchas in, a giant black fly flew out the door. I immediately close the door and made sure there wasn’t flies in the rest of the pan. I notified one of the cashier of the incident. Expecting she would take action and remove all the pan that had now been contaminated, all she did was remove an empty tray that contained no pan. I observed her for the rest of the time I was there and did not do ANYTHING about the serious matter. She continued to do other things and completely ignored the issue. This is completely out of line, some people may think it’s not serious, but flies are completely disgusting and no one should be eating that pan when I personally witnessed a giant fly coming out that cabinet of pan. The manager wasn’t there to notify her but that employee, she should not be trusted in making sure the pan is safe. This is completely out of line and will not be coming back ever.

This bakery is one of the best I have ever been to…the strawberry les tree cake was excellent. I bought the cake for a birthday. Although the cost was rather high it was worth it! Every one of my guest loved the cake. It was perfect in texture and not overly sweet. I would definitely spend the money and purchase again.

Bakery didn’t follow up with me on the cake, template, or design, and did what they felt about it. Well, the photos below are how the cake was picked up from the bakery (still in the box) and the first time I saw it. It wasn’t flushed and smoothed, completely ripped throughout, the image is going up and down vs. across?
It tasted fine but definitely looked amateur and carelessly done. I won’t be ordering a cake from here again unless it’s basic.

My fiancé and I visited for the first time today and were so impressed! From the beautiful layout and stunning décor — especially the captivating Frida painting — to the warm, friendly service, everything was perfect. The desserts looked like something out of a decadent magazine, the food and drinks were absolutely sensational, and the conchas were so soft and sweet. This place truly deserves a Michelin star! A must-visit experience.
