husband and i came in late after a show, we placed a mobile order but accidentally placed it for an idaho falls location. i was on the verge of tears, we almost had to go the entire 40min drive back to IF hungry. we talked to an employee (i think her name was marrissa) and she was able to get us a refund and made our entire order for us relatively quick. service here is AMAZING (especially compared to the 17th st. location in idaho falls)

taco bell food is awesome, no doubt about it. this location is fine for drive through, but don’t bother going in. there’s no menu, no counter staff, no service, dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans. they force you to do the self check out on the computer kiosks.
used to be, service is what sells. not anymore.
this location is built for college kids ordering on their phones. you want good service with a smile? – go to Taco Time!

i just ordered a chicken strip chipotle burrito and it was hard and finally i got a bite and it looked disgusting immediately spit my bite out and not to mention i only ordered 1 and they added 2 extra and had me pay for 3 terrible food thats all.

I ordered the new cheesy dipping burritos and they asked if I want 1 chicken and 1 steak. Then they asked if I would like it with or without sour cream. I assumed how it was phrased it was included. Well I said yes and I got charged $0.60 per burrito not $0.60 for the individual menu item. Then they didnt even give me sour cream after I paid for it.

I’ve tried this location four times now and each time I’ve gotten a wrong item and the food was stale/old. Different times of day and different days. Drive-thru and delivery. Terrible location.

Oct. 13th 2025. I leave this star mainly for an amazing worker in there that goes my Juke. He’s so fricken kind hearted. Working in fast food myself I know it’s not the food that’s hard to deal with, it’s people. And he’s barely been working there and he already made it seem he’s been working there for years. Not only was he very nice and helpful by asking if I needed help even tho there’s kiosks, but he does his job well. He does table visits, helps people who don’t understand early technology, and has great customer skills. I would go there just for him lowkey.

Every item was missing something or had something different. It was poorly prepared not hot, lukewarm at best.
Plus, once again, no mild sauce, medium or any.

I placed a simple easy order via the kiosk, see photo. But yet they screwed it up. I didn’t get the mild sauce packet. It’s on the label! How can they screw that up? Not too mention they have terrible customer service. Once my order was ready at the counter, I did not get a “thank you” from the employee. Never going back. If you want mediocre food with terrible service, then go here!

Someone should tell the owner of this Taco Bell that they suck.
Everytime I order here, they hit me with “Is sour cream okay on that?” They do not mention that it is an upcharge and I hate how often the employees must have to apologize for this. This is not something that the other Taco Bell does.
Also, comparing the two stores, this one definitely gives less food than the other one on Yellowstone. Don’t give this greedy owner your money, go visit one of the two other Mexican joints that are nearby.
