I had the best experience today . I had called around to all the Dunkin’s because we wanted Christmas donuts for the holiday . Everywhere was sold out . I tried this restaurant even tho it was 30 mins away and I was in luck ! I was lucky enough to talk to the manager (Kitty )and not only was she kind enough to set a box of donuts aside for us to pick up she offered to decorate them for Christmas! They were amazing . She made our holiday special with a simple act of kindness !

South Side Dunkin is superior to the other two dunkins in Williamsport (Newberry and 3rd St) They are always staffed, the place is always clean and they seem to have a great system when they’re busy. The manager who usually works early mornings is extremely friendly and kind. They always make my iced coffee perfectly. Thank you guys for being an awesome team.

I placed a mobile order and it was ready on time, delicious coffee and food, my first time having hashbrowns from dunkin and it was so good! Definitely my new go to coffee place!

Ordered a Hazle nut latte with Carmel. Got toilet water instead, took one sip couldn’t get it down. I do have to say they were quick coffee was just undrinkable.

I really like this subway, but they mess my order up almost every time I go. (I do typically order for myself and my 2 kids). I would say if you’re ordering ahead for pickup, just check everything is there before leaving!

Cashier was rude, we ordered extra cream and sugar and didn’t get any! The counter had stuff all over! The bathroom door was locked I asked about it and she said someone was in it but it said vacant and another employee got a key and went in. All around terrible experience!

They are great but definitely get slammed by the early morning crowd! The space is small for the amount of traffic they get but they manage. Gave 5 stars because they make it happen regardless of the traffic. I appreciate that they deal with some bit so fun people at times and still smile for everybody they can.

I will now drive pass this Dunkin and go to the one on the other side of town because some of the staff here is absolutely disrespectful. I was be made to feel like a burden because I ordered a box of Joe and half a dozen donuts for my groomsmen. My wife was shooed away from the register because she was charged twice for a mobile order and kindly asked the disrespectful cashier on duty for a refund on one of them (she ended up having to call customer service).
I of course am not referring to the entire crew at this location but a few of them need some heavy training on customer interactions and service, or else the Dunkin in Newberry will keep getting more and more new customers.
