I checked in around 3:00 PM and was very disappointed with the service. There was no hot water, no coffee available, and the tea was kept in the back because staff said people might steal it. When I asked to refill the hot water, the staff member was rude and handled the water tank roughly, making noise while watching me because I had taken pictures. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Food is okay I feel like it has list its touch over the years I paid almost $30 for soup and a sandwich and they had me put mustard out of a package on my sandwich I could do that with a sandwich from Jewel. Staff didn’t seem like they cared much. Atmosphere felt like get your food and get out.

Horrible service. The last time I ordered for pickup, I told them my name and one of the workers told me to wait. I could see my order was already packed and ready in the kitchen. I waited for at least 15 minutes. When I asked her again if she could check whether the packed order in the kitchen was mine, she asked for my name again. She saw me waiting there for 15 minutes and still didn’t bother to check. So I complained about why she didn’t check the ready order in the kitchen. She then said, “I asked your name.” If I hadn’t asked her to check, she would have let me wait there forever. Horrible experience. She needs to be trained again

Stopped in to pick up late lunch for family. Very clean overall and staff were helpful. Order was ready quickly and all was correct upon arriving home.

Upon coming in. I mean, it’s schaumburg, an alleged nice suburb.
You would think it’s clean. Clean as in tables are wiped, chairs are wiped, and the flooring is clean.
Crumbs on most tables, crumbled napkins on the floor, and food debris on chairs. I walked all over looking for somewhere clean to sit. Different find anything. I had to clean myself.
Window ledges, all dirty.
Windows, dirty.
Was here for over an hour and saw no one go around to clean anything.
I did see other customers clean the areas they wished to sit. Saw older groups just not care.
No Panera employee walked around to even canvass the area.
They either don’t have a manager or a manager that leads.
How is this place still making money?
I guess people just care about getting the orders to go. As for those that stay, I’m not sure why they find this acceptable!!!
Shame on the staff at this location.

Had some issues, Ethan handled the phone call, escalated fantastically and made everything understood. Fantastic support from him. Will go to this Panera from now on. Hard to find employees that care and do the right thing

Restaurant and bathroom was not clean. I don’t think I have been in a worse Panera restaurant. This location needs some updates and cleaning. Not a good environment.

Restaurant wasn’t clean at all. Typical Panera bread was smells fresher and looks cleaner. staff not friendly at all. No smile no welcoming and on top of that their prices went up sky high AP $50 for large broccoli soup and two mac & cheese cannot believe it. This is a meal deal at the restaurant for two people. I will not go back there again. I will consider everybody to think about it also, the less people go, the more reasonable prices will be on their menu
