I’m always a generous tipper at drive throughs because I used to be in that line of work. Tipping has always been my way of showing appreciation. I was disappointed to learn that tipping is no longer allowed here? For a company that generates billions in annual sales, the random policy here feels unnecessary.
If tips aren’t allowed, wages should reflect that. Good employees shouldn’t lose out on appreciation because of a corporate policy

They have longer lines than McDonald’s. It is so slow. The one near the Mill Mall is 10’s busier yet, ALWAYS faster. They need training on customer service.

Workers are rude and disconnected. I waited over 30 minutes inside to get serviced, then told all the types of donuts were out of. Girl did not know how to do a refund, asked around until someone gave me back my money. I will never ever go back again. Horrible service in Ellsworth, Maine store with the drive thru.

Always get egg and cheese crossing with coffee. Check to see if they have any specials first because you might get a better deal.

Well, it’s a chain, a very large one. There’s 3 in Ellsworth alone. However this one was very clean and the staff seem to go out of their way to not make our order correct, but figured ways to make it better. Will return soon for a detailed review.

We accidentally ordered at the wrong Dunkin and the woman up front did an amazing job saving us the trip! Both managers were pep talking their subordinates and creating a positive work environment. This is honestly the first Dunkin I’ve been to where the employees were very positive to the customers and each other.

People are working very hard in here – with smiles on their faces! Thank you!

The experience was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The store decor could use a refresh, (its so dated) to create a more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, while the coffee and food were satisfactory, enhancing the quality or offering some unique options could elevate the overall experience.

Just left this place. I travel everywhere with a service dog. Decided to leave my dog tied to my back pack out side by the table..i go inside to order a coffee. Everyone staring at me like I’m an alien .looking outside at the dog looking at me like him crazy. Some kid with a gold chain standing there tells me nice dog but looks back at his friend and giggles. I just got the worst vibe from these kids. I don’t know what was on there mind but I did not feel welcome in this place I just left without coffee

Tough morning for these guys in the Dunkin. They are running short on staff and people are swimming in the shop desperate ,frustrated waiting on their morning coffee breakfast . They are handling it all so well with a smile on their face. They are trying to get every single order correct . One single hot coffee is a minimum 25 min wait here right now . The girl handing over the orders is saying sorry for the late and have a good day ahead to every single person .
