Ordered for Pickup since I live close. The Dominos Tracker on the app will give you an ESTIMATE how long it will take, so PAY ATTENTION to that if you’re doing Delivery. I see complaints for “how long” it took to get their pizza, so plan accordingly. Obviously when events are going on they’re going to be busier and just can’t afford to have 25 drivers on stand by. As for my Order, Customer Service Jeremy did a great job on presentation (good undercarriage on the New York Style) thin crust was done to my liking, and my order was ready is about 17 minutes. The facility was clean, easy fast pickup, and we enjoyed some inexpensive delicious pizza for the Timberwolves game. Follow me for more reviews.

I ordered a small cheese pizza for my son and a specialty pizza for me and asked for it to be well done. The pizza came soggy like water was poured on top. I called the woman who answered was kind and was in the process of pulling up my order for a redelivery however the phone call ended. I called back and a man answered the phone as if he didn’t want to be at work that day and wanted everyone to know it. He never once apologized for my order instead he told me it’s gonna be about 45-1 hour delivery because we are busy” which is fine but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. He had zero care or emotion behind his words it was like “ yeah what ever, you’ll get the pizza when you get it” customer service was horrible I accepted the delivery and said thank you and without response he hung up ( Which was the last straw ) I called back and asked for a refund because not only is this an inconvenience for me you never once showed remorse or empathy then hung up without saying you’re welcome all I heard was an ended call. I work from home and wanted lunch I spent $42 for horrible service and a soggy pizza. Just quit your job don’t give people a hard time because you don’t want to be at work.
He says my refund should be back on my card tomorrow or the next day and it better be.
Hopefully calls can be pulled.

Don’t buy nothing with your card from here. They instantly took my money from my acct but because my zipcode was wrong they said it was declined but it was gonna be refunded right away. I give them the right zipcode and it declined but of course cause you already took my money !! He gonna say call back when you get the money back but the charge is pending on my account. I’m pissed off. I don’t know what kind of system or 6pm shift time that is. Now I’m out of $24 SMH

I just want to say how poor customer service is about my order was 2 hours late the Manager don’t know how to handle situations. I called and told them that my order was messed up and he said you called me the next day at 12:00 ain’t nothing I could do about your order but I didn’t know I had a certain time to call for poor customer service.

This dominoes location should be entirely re staffed. App order, waiting at hotel, driver pulls up out front, talks to doorman, asks if THEY ordered a pizza, and then left. I was waiting in the lobby for them. I called the location, and they sound pretty stoned, and after explaining to the first customer service expert the situation and that their driver marked the order complete, without giving me a pizza, they put me on hold to get the manager. When he arrives, having not been downloaded at all about what’s going on, he asks me what’s going on, also pretty stoned sounding. I explain, that in fact I did not receive a pizza. Then the driver calls. Having been in the front of the hotel I’m in, which on the order, says I’m in, they had left to look for a different address. I tell them they were in the right place. Ok, situation resolved. Then I get handed a soggy box with a pizza that looks like the picture I will post. Definitely not a win for this location. No rizz, 0 aura.

I hit this dominos up regularly. Sometimes they make a mistake (I mean we all do sometimes, yeah?) but they ALWAYS make up for it and that impresses me.
Today is Sunday 11/3. It’s a little after noon. Last night I ordered delivery and my food never came. Had a little wild goose chase, so I tried again this morning and the kind woman working answered the phone right away and remade my pizza (TO PERFECTION) and was timely. The company gave me a free pizza on top of fixing the mistake.
I’m thankful.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order and saw that the pizza was done. I called 25 minutes after that and was told that the delivery driver is out and my pizza was next to go… after an hour of waiting, I called back only to be met with verbal insults by the boy who answered the phone when I asked for a refund, then he just hung up on me. I tried calling back several times to confirm my order would be refunded, only to be hung up on over and over again. I should have read the reviews before I ordered here. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time we have encountered this situation. First we were given pepperoni breadsticks when we ordered spinach and feta. Second time is Today where we found a piece of meat. We talked to dominos and they offered us pizza and when we explained this is not first time and if they messed up they should deliver. Rather than saying sorry.. she is telling me we are behind on delivery. I applaud her audacity and customer service. Great job dominos. Losing a customer and we will make sure to tell our family friends to not order from here. This lady who handled our phone should learn some basic customer skills.
